We received a phone call same day we inquired, and in the next day! Did well with our six year old, whom was extra squirmy since he just got out of school. Clear with prices, and helped our child pick out frames. Not pushy and very friendly! Our child's first eye exam and he was excited for glasses by the end. Highly recommend. Explained the exam results clearly and even went out what to expect with glasses for a first timer.

I have been getting eye exams and glasses from Dr Baker for many years now. He is always very professional and very informative during the exam procedures. He is also very good at explaining your insurance coverage and options available to you.

I won't give less stars because I haven't personally gone in, and I'm sure the others are kind. But I got a voicemail from the Dr and I don't appreciate being talked down to. Per line "We can just do the exam and prescription, but I'd like to talk about why you shouldn't do that." I'm on my third prescription and have had my third party glasses for over a year. I love them. Please revise how you speak to people and realize that you may be coming off as rude. I don't mean this review to deter anyone but moreso communicate that the tone and words were not appreciated. I hope all is well for them in the future.

Very easy to get scheduled and get exam done. Answered questions and offered additional FYI type information about my eye health and unique anatomy, which I appreciated.

Eye exam with lots of good individualized attention. I'm still waiting for the glasses but so far it's been a very good experience.

Dr. Baker is very thorough with his exam. I have been seeing him for 10+! years and my eye insurance changed I was glad he took my new insurance Great eye doctor!
