Silver Falls Eyecare Center

I walked into Silver Falls Eyecare Center late last Friday afternoon with two pairs of VERY crooked eyeglasses and no appointment. The woman there, I believe her name was Sarah, greeted me with a smile and a "No problem!" And not only did she make the crookedness go away, she replaced the uncomfortable nosepads with soft silicone ones -- in mere minutes and at no charge. What great customer service!

I've been coming here for check ups and contacts for my whole life and am nothing but impressed and satisfied with the team here!

Great eye doctors. I was grinding the metal just before going to bed and got something in my eye. I wasn't able to go get it out so I went to bed with the pain. First thing in the morning I came here and they fit me into their schedule. Only had to wait a short time before Doctor Reid got the metal out. Thank you.

Save yourself some trouble and avoid this shop, worst customer service and it appears even worse workmanship. Waited 4 weeks for glasses to come in, no information, no updates until I called and was told they were scratched and sent back a week prior to my calling. too much trouble to call with that information I guess. Now it appears the progressive lens, start in the wrong place and I'm constantly having to adjust where they sit so I can see. I'll never be back, it's a shame I used my insurance at this place. I'll end up paying full price to get this fixed.

Sarah and Molly are always the best! This time Sarah really outdid herself when she got my glasses in prior to my trip to Cozumel in record time. I love this office, the doctor and the others who assist!

Got us in same day for an emergency checkup after one of our kids accidentally had an eye injury. Prompt and careful attention from the receptionist, assistant and Dr. Lampa. Trying to keep a squirrelly 6 year old's attention long enough to make an examination is never easy, but everyone here was kind and patient.

I'm very unhappy with this office, my husband was seen here a little over a year ago by Dr Reed, he has glaucoma and has to be on an eye drop to prevent blindness, I called to see if we could have his eye drop renewed until he was able to get in for an appt, first the staff was short over the phone and tried to tell me that my husband didn't see dr Reed that he saw a dr that no longer works there but after me insisting it was Dr Reed and them actually checking his chart they realized their mistake. Dr Reed declined renewing my husbands eye drop due to him not being seen in over a year I explained to the staff why he has not been seen and how important it is to renew this drop I explained that he could go blind without it and I would happily set up a new appt I was told I would get a call back which I never did! Instead I receive an email in my "spam" folder that I didn't see until days later stating the Dr is declining my husbands drops knowing he will be out for months and may lose significant vision. Now I've been an ophthalmology technician for 15 years (currently a stay at home mom due to Covid) and I know you are always suppose to renew a glaucoma drop or any medication that can cause damage to the patient if not taken... I've NEVER been told to decline a patients glaucoma drop even if they haven't been seen especially when the patient has been on the medication for 10 years and it's always worked well.. I feel this company is uneducated on how glaucoma works and the fact they sent an a mail after I specifically asked for a call back tells me they knew they were in the wrong and didn't want to talk to me.. shame on this company and Dr Reed for not caring for patients properly!!

The staff out front lied to me and billed me more than I should owe. They refuse to correct the issue as well. If I knew "Their policy " going in, I definitely would of went somewhere else. I highly recommend that you do.
