I have trusted Eye Care Focus for many years and when I had a problem with my eye, they got me in the same day within hours. I count on them for my regular check ups and contact lenses. It is also so good to be able to get quick help for unplanned concerns. Great staff and a wonderful, caring and competent eye doctor.

Top notch experience from start to finish. Making the appointment, seeing the technician assistant, the doctor, and picking out glasses. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The Dr Oiler and his staff is totally awesome. Dr Oiler listen and answer question with explaining why. I've been coming here for years now.

I greatly appreciate the staff at Eye Care Focus. I have been a patient for over 5 years. It is a family atmosphere that allows my wife and I to gwt our exams at the same time. My doctor has even volunteered at a free dental clinic at the Lane County Fairgrounds to provide free eye care to those who cannot afford glasses.

After talking with my husband, I realized this was the first eye exam I'd had in 20+ years that was pleasant. I didn't feel shamed or blamed or judged for things in my health that are beyond reasonable control. My husband is now thinking of making an appointment for himself. The first eye exam in all the years I've known him. Thank you for a lowkey experience!

I don't like having to pay for an exam that didn't happen. I had my 2nd annual contact lens and glasses checkup at EyeCare Focus & Specialties this past May. I wore my glasses and brought my contact lens case. After the eye exam, Dr Oilar stated that I had a slight prescription change in my left eye and wrote an new prescription for my glasses. I went to put in my contacts and realized that I inadvertently brought an empty case, having left the other case with the contacts in our motorhome. He then asked how my contacts were doing and I told him that my vision in the left eye wasn't exactly to my liking but otherwise, things were OK. In early July, the bill arrived. After insurance, I had a balance due of $55 for a contact lens exam. That didn't feel right to me but I had a surgery and other medical procedures lined up for the coming week so I delayed responding until the end of July. I called the office and explained that I didn't feel good about paying for an exam that didn't happen. She said that since I had said my contacts were OK and a prescription had been entered into my file (but not given to me), I needed to pay for the exam. I suggested that I could come in and we could do an exam with my contacts in and settle up. I was told that there would be an additional $55 charge on top of the original charge because two months had passed since my appointment. I have paid the $55 but I will schedule my contact lens exam elsewhere. Neither my wife nor I will be going back to EyeCare Focus & Specialties for next year's eye exam.

I would give these guys a 100 stars if I could amazing staff. Doctor Oilar is an amazing Doctor can't say enough good things about him. Technology they're using in this office is the most advanced I've ever seen,.
