I do not recommend this location for optometry services.
At the end of October, I got my eyes checked for new lenses. I had one set made and covered by insurance for some frames I already owned and I paid out of pocket for a second set of lenses to be made for another (Ray Ban) pair of glasses I had.
After not hearing from them for two months, I popped into their office and asked what was happening. They sheepishly explained they broke my glasses, but couldn't explain why nobody ever called me. They said they would replace the lenses AND the frame at this time, and that they would get back to me about this issue.
They called my fiance and left a message about my broken glasses a month later. She's never been there before. I don't know why they called her?
I came back today to follow-up on this issue, and was told my frames would NOT be covered. Not only that, there was ZERO accountability for how things have gone. Just excuses.

They sold my husband bifocals and gave him cheap glasse for nearsighted people. Never had bifocals before, didn't notice it was a way cheaper pair. Why didn't anyone in their office notice that the order was different then what they gave us? Anyway, it was over 30 days by the time we noticed. They said sorry about your luck and took the extra money and kept it. Over $500 and we are low income. I will never go there again and will be telling others not to come here as well. Why don't they check to see if the order was right before giving to clients? We trusted them.

Attended an appt as a companion here and the waiting room is nice but looking closely it needs a deep clean. Also, the tools they used on my companion were were cleaned 1x from what was seen and been put back without being cleaned. Hoping tools are being cleaned regularly before and after use.

Unprofessional. Tried to go during the lunch hour. They had a sign posted that they would be back at 12:30 pm. 12:30 passed and nothing 12:40 passed and nothing. I called the eugene office who said they would be back at one two other people were waiting. This is now the second time they do this. Please update the signs as a courtesy to your patients
