Employees acted like I was an inconvenience to them every time I asked a question, they have very minimal customer relations skills or just hate their job. I felt rushed to pick out frames. I called to see if my glasses were in at two weeks because that was the lead time. Had to leave a voicemail and never got a call back. Dr was amazing, friendly and personable. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand their process better without making me feel like an inconvenience.

I had such a great experience at Bridgetown Optometric Associates. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the doctors were both professional and approachable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. It's clear they care about their patients and run the office with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

I went in to the Tigard clinic to see Dr Tasripin for an eye infection last week. The doctor was thorough, patient and very compassionate. Dr Tasripin took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that I left the clinic knowing that I would have good outcomes in my healing process. I am very appreciative of the excellent care I received that day. Thank you.

My husband and I both went for routine eye exams and to select new glasses. The front office staff was excellent, having already looked up and run my insurance by the time I arrived! Both were very friendly and professional. Dr. Quiba was wonderful! She listened to my concerns, patiently answered questions, and asked her own to make sure she had all the information she needed. This and we even had some laughs! I appreciated their availability on a Saturday, and will definitely return/recommend.

I do not even know where to begin because at first this clinic had some minor issues but Mary the office manager made everything right, except for this issue I will be talking about and this is about Dr.Olma. I would like to add that I found a very similar review but of Dr.Micheal Olma on yelp of a man with his daughter experiencing the exact same issue I am having, I will attach a screenshot of it below . If you are a parent and you're reading this, trust your gut instinct and have your child's eyes dilated to get the most accurate response. Do your research about what they are telling you your child has, and NEVER use this clinic. They'll respond to this discounting me but I have the emails, the prescription notes and a doctors backing to every single claim. My daughter was seen by Dr.Olma since she was 18 months old and this doctor didn't dilate her eyes the second visit and diagnosed her with issues that according to the Casey eye institute should've had them dilated to make a proper diagnoses. I tried giving the clinic a chance to explain themselves and they want to stand 10 toes down protecting their doctor when not 4 months after my child was seen a completely different prescription is needed because Dr.Olma didn't make a proper diagnosis. But I'll leave it up to the public, would you trust Dr Olma the optometrist or a pediatric ophthalmologists that specializes in what your child has at the Casey institute? If your doctor did everything right, why did your office manager Mary refuse to speak to my partner about anything?

Was pleased to find they take a lot of insurance plans (needed to schedule for myself, my SO, my parents, my FIL, and we all have different plans!) Very patient and helpful! Easy and fun to work with and would highly recommend.

Great staff, very kind and helpful. They made sure I knew my coverage before the exam so there were no surprises. I was very pleased and scheduled appt for family members as well. Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr's at Bridgetown are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They treated my 81 yo mom like a queen yesterday and she is excited to get her new pair of glasses. Thank you for your kindness, compassion and expertise!
