I arrived at this location on January 15, 2026, at around 4:00 p.m. to order two pairs of glasses, one for computer use and one for distance vision, with my prescription and insurance information in hand. There was only one staff member, a woman, working in the eyeglass department. She provided an initial quote but soon admitted that the price for the blue light protection was incorrect. Shortly after, she realized another mistake, as the discount for the second pair had not been applied. This was followed by yet another correction, and the errors continued another three times. As the pricing kept changing, I began to feel increasingly uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism. I asked her to provide an itemized breakdown of the charges for each pair of lenses and frames so I could clearly understand the costs. She told me that itemized charges were not available and only offered a total price for each pair without any details. I asked again, explaining that I wanted to know the individual costs for the lenses in details and their charges and frames. She refused and stated that this information would not be provided. She then mentioned that she had worked there for 19 years, insisted that she knew what she was doing, and told me that if I was not comfortable, I should leave. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced in over 30 years of visiting eye care shops. I will never come here again

My appointment with Dr. PV was, as expected, excellent, with each aspect of my diabetic exam fully articulated. As a long-time patient of Dr. PV, i'm very appreciative of how he helps me understand how my disease. I have complete confidence in knowing I'm receiving the best possible care.

I have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Cook for more than 30 years. He has always been thorough, and attentive to my needs and concerns. I have complete confidence in the care I receive. It is a bonus that he is such a nice person!

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Kam. She is awesome. She answered questions and provided great care before, during, and after the surgery. The results are a night and day difference in my vision.

place is clean, the wait is longer than what you're scheduled. Ladies at front desk aren't friendly at all they all look tired and look like they'd rather be someplace else.. the doctor ( dr pv )himself is friendly though. but the wait is just forever.

Dr Page is always courteous and professional. I have a special situation with my eyes that I needed someone with experience with cornea surgery. Dr Page has always advised me honestly with the treatment of my eyes.

On 8/19i had 2 great team staff whatever you want to call them. I didn't get the young man's name, who did my pressures exam etc, he was very nice and professional. Dr Doyle was exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable and professional.She retook my eye test after the young man had already done it. I really like her, I will be coming from Salem to have her be my Vision care Dr! She was Awesome! Great job by All!

I was checked immediately and before my scheduled appointment but then waited for another 35 minutes before I was called back. Then was checked my the assistant and then waited another 30 minutes before Dr Armour came in. I spent more time waiting than I did being checked. I believe they need to work on the scheduling a little more so clients aren't having to wait so long.
