I had an amazing experience today at LensCrafters at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, Oregon. Chase was incredibly patient and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He helped me smoothly return my old glasses and guided me in choosing the perfect new pair with thoughtful recommendations. His customer service truly stood out.
I would also like to thank Kelly Thompson for enabling a seamless and hassle-free return process. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and pleasant. I'm truly delighted with the service and highly recommend this location!

I have been goi f to Lens Crafters at Washington Square Mall for years & I have had excellent experiences every time. This is what I love: Location- it is located right not too a mall entrance so you don't have go deep into the mall to get there.
Ogata Eye Care is attached to the store - I've never had a bad experience here either. The staff & doctors are all very kind & professional. I've never felt like my questions have been disregarded, & I've never felt rushed. Lens Crafters staff - the manager Kathy recognizes me every time I come in for my annual eye check. Not only that, but she remembers what types of frames & styles I really like. I worked with Cassie to get my frames fitted & get the frames & lenses ordered. I've never had to wait for a long time for my new glasses to be ready for pick-up.

The Washington Square location is terrific. I have been going to LensCrafters for a long time and I am always impressed about how professional they are. My visit today (with Brandon) was great and he (and a coworker) helped me pick out the best frames for my face. I would highly recommend this company if you need glasses. Wow, what a wonderful place. I was upset with how WP was treating me so I found this place. They had plenty of frames to choose from in various price ranges. I had my frames chosen and lens options, payment and out the door pretty quickly in my opinion. My glasses were done early and when I had an issue it was promptly handled. I am a satisfied customer.

I don't usually give reviews for service. I figure people should do their jobs period. But the experience I had on 9/1 at Lens Crafters in Washington Square Mall was exceptional. From the moment I stepped in the door I was made to feel special. From the warm greeting to the excellent assistance I received from Cassie. She made me feel comfortable. Cassie was just so kind and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out frames that we determined worked well with the shape of my face. Her suggestions were spot on and she never gave the impression that I was taking too long. Cassie and her manager really made this an awesome experience.

Poor customer service from the front desk exam staff.
I sat there for 20min. Asked if they were running behind and was told something like, not much. A bit later I ask again and was told my appointment was pushed back half an hour because I needed to fill out paperwork they forgot to email me. The paperwork was done less than 5min after my appointment time. I had to leave so I didn't miss a different appointment.
They later called to see if I wanted to come back in at a different appointment time. No apologies given.

Your response seems very impersonal. As if it was sent by a bot. I have not looked at your other responses, but I would not be surprised to see the exact same response to a different customer, with a different issue.
