Dr. Goodman and her staff are amazing! I was in the area visiting from Nevada when my daughter injured her eye. Dr. Goodman's staff got me in for an appointment right away. The visit was super quick and everyone there is very friendly and great with kids. Dr. Goodman was very nice as well, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend this doctor and her staff!

Dr. Goodman and her staff have been wonderful right from my wife's first visit. We had many questions and concerns about eye surgery, but Dr. Goodman carefully listened to each one and her calm and professional explanations gave us both great confidence. The surgery was very successful and my wife is delighted to have much better vision. We would highly recommend this clinic!

Highly recommend!! Dr Goodman SAVED my eye sight. She is extremely kind, progessional., and compassionate. An expert in her field! I had a blood clot between my brain and eye orbit, resulting in double vision. After a year of supervision and tests, while my eye began to correct itself, Dr Goodman performed a painless surgery resulting in restoring my eyes completely with no need for prisms. She was recommended to me by another excellant physician and he staff are amazing!!

Dr. Goodman has always been great with my daughter. She gives us the information we need and is very kind with little kids. We were referred to her from our doctor and have always been happy with her.

Dr Goodman is amazing. In fact the entrire staff is great. They are so caring and detail oriented. I just know that my son is getting the very best care available at all times. We have been going there for close to 10 years and I would never even consider anyone else. Dr Goodman is highly recommended by the best pediatric specialists in the area.

Lost trust with Dr Goodman and her staff. There was an error made with the lenses her office put into my daughter's glasses by this office and my child has been walking around with the wrong prescription for months. Her office staff discovered the issue during our last visit then everyone, including Dr Goodman, tried to minimize the issue and cover it up by changing the story on what happened and the impact on my child's eyesight multiple times. I get that mistakes happen sometimes and would have been okay if they were honest about it. But I completely lost trust in this office with their dishonesty about the problem and would not recommend anyone use this practice.

5.0 /5 I have 3 special needs sons who have been seen at child eye care over several decades. Two of my sons are patients of Dr. Goodman. She is incredibly patient with them and always explains their eye care needs in a way I can understand.

We saw Dr. Shawn Goodman today. We were referred by our pediatrician for stye and possible cellulitis. I was most worried about cellulitis. When we left, my girl was crying, and I was mad for the rest of the day. Right off, she made a snap judgment that I was a lax parent, not doing as I was told. (I stopped doing the hot compresses, as I was worried about infection and constant elevated temperature.) She cut me off and talked over me. She quickly hung her head when my child resisted her. She rolled her eyes at me. And was generally dismissive. I felt like we were an annoyance. And how dare I explain my actions, or question her opinion. I would have preferred to be educated, not flipped attitude. She may be a good doctor, but her bed-side manner leaves much to be desired. I feel hurt and defeated. I expect more patience, nurturing and compassion at a clinic that caters to children. Her behavior was immature, unnecessary and unprofessional. She has forgotten what it feels like to be a child.
