Referred by my daughter when my eye care office closed down. Very friendly staff and environment! They take all the time needed to answer any questions, very helpful in explaining each step of eye exam/testing and what to expect! J Dodson

I've gone to Tigard Vision Center for a number of years and they never disappoint. The entire group is always helpful and pleasant to work with.

I've been a patient at Tigard Vision Center for 20 years, and until recently, I would have recommended them to anyone. Unfortunately, something has changed, and not for the better. After trying a new contact lens brand at my recent exam, a decision I made with the optometrist, I called to switch back to the brand I had successfully worn for 18 years. I was told, rudely and without much explanation, that it "wasn't possible" unless I came in for another fitting. This made no sense, as I had just completed my annual exam and fitting, and my insurance wouldn't cover a second visit. Eventually, they agreed to honor my previous prescription, but when I called back to ask about pricing after rebates and insurance, the woman I spoke with (Felicia) cut me off mid-sentence and snapped, "I already told you that in the voicemail." I had to push to get the full details. Then I called Costco and found out I could save over $200 by ordering there. I called Tigard Vision Center again and asked if they would match the price, as they've done for me in the past. The person on the phone said, "I don't think we do," and refused to check with anyone else. She clearly just wanted to get off the phone. This is not the same clinic it used to be. The warmth, professionalism, and patient-first attitude that once defined this office are gone. I left my interactions with a bad taste in my mouth, and I've canceled my future appointments. Whether you've been a patient for 20 years or it's your first visit, you deserve to be treated with respect. I can't recommend this practice anymore.

My wife and I have been going to Tigard for a number of years for our annual check ups and couldn't be happier. Dr Corry Scott and the staff are friendly, professional....best we've ever been to. Our appointments are always on time and thorough. Dr Scott does a great job explaining things so you can understand. Would highly recommend to anyone

The staff is knowledgeable, caring and punctual. The large selection of frames is fun and the opticians helped me narrow my options enabling to find what I wanted. I will encourage my friends and family to go to Tigard Vision.

I like everyone in here! And they do a great job at explaining my benefits and don't push me to buy glasses I don't need.
