Staff were personable but professional. Appt on time. Atmosphere positive and professional. Dr. was quick, efficient, timely, and had read prior exam so could compare with current. The gentleman that I ordered glasses through again, was very professional in dress and demeanor and efficient in bringing over past order for quick ordering of new glasses (I had no changes in rx). He found the best way to optimize my benefits to pay for the 2 pair so I felt he was looking out for me as the customer. Excellent customer service from the time I entered the door and was greeted to exiting!
