Had an emergency, needed one of my hinges tightened. For some reason, "lowell" was tampering with my nose pads and broke one off. Offered me new lenses at a "discount" but I think it was a money-hungry (intentional) attempt to make me support their business. I have heard nothing but negative things about this place and regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. $300 glasses down the drain. I'd be embarrassed to work here or call lighthouse my business.

Very rarely do they answer the phone when called. Had trouble with them billing my insurance correctly. No call backs. Been trying to get this sorted out for over 5 months now.

I went in to get glasses adjusted that were not from this store. I should have asked if they charge first... never had any shop charge before. I got a scolding lecture on buying glasses on line. These weren't an online purchase but from a portland Optometry shop. Then another lecture on how to clean them. I thanked him and asked politely what I might owe. Snapped back " $5, do you need change?" Just another reason to keep my business in Portland and not in Tillamook. Parted with $5 to be verbally dressed down by an unhappy man.

I have NO idea what the previous review is talking about. My wife scratched her eye and they squeezed us in by cutting their lunch break short. The doctor whisked her in and out without a moments hesitation. I can not say enough good about how we were treated and the courtesy extended.
