I was visiting tillamook with my family and forgot my glasses and contacts... the employees in there were so kind. They gave me a free set of contacts and solution no charge. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much!

My husband and I, are patients of Dr. Rowland's. The care we receive is exceptional. Adam and Katie, are knowledgeable, patient and helpful selecting frames. We always enjoy our conversation with them. My husbands insurance, pays more towards our exam, and frames if we went to a another eye clinic in network. Because of the excellent care from Dr. Rowland, and customer service from Adam and Katie, we chose to continue being patients of theirs. Money isn't always what is most important. I've had very good experiences with going to Vista optical the glasses I purchased have been fantastic for me held together fine and the staff has been very helpful ,I've read other reviews saying that they aren't great and that there glasses fall apart well if you buy the cheapest ones and expect them to last odd are they won't just like any place else ,you don't need to buy the most expensive you can buy good mid range price glasses and get a great experience if you buy the extra insurance on them if anything goes bad you can get them fixed easily but if you buy online because they are cheap or look like your favorite Hollywood celebrities style you will probably get junk and sending them back is a massive hassle,you can walk into Vista and talk to one of the employees and get your situation sorted out maybe even ask if the frames you like have had many problems...try giving them a shot it's worth the money just in having a human to interact with about what you need for you to see better ...

I'm in my 70s, worn eyeglasses since I'm 8 years old, and I've been to Optical Shops dozens of times in a dozen different towns and cities. I prefer the crew behind the desk here. No hype, no pressure, they do it right. The Doctor took all the time needed to examine my eyes, explain my problem and my options and answer all my questions. I got it done right here ! Thanks. I was treated very well by the staff and I would highly recommend them. I feel like the doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. Also gave me some tips on questions that I had about dry eyes. Overall a really great experience

It all started with a busted screw in my old glasses these guys tried to help get it out and put a new one in. It ended up having to get a new pair and they helped me out and I'm so thankful for what they did. The staff was super nice and I wasn't to thank all 4 of them yours truly Bob.

I am very happy with the service I receive here. I thought I was just going to get a prescription at a discount, but I got so much more. The doctor, who visits from Forest Grove, dilated my eyes and I discovered I had growth on my retina. I was grateful for this information, and he will be following up on my eye care.

Attempted 3 times to get an appointment. I was ignored, then I was put off with no good reason, no one else was there and they were rude and obviously untrained how to use their computer to access insurance. I'm moving on before I get stuck with other problems.im disappointed because it would have been convenient for me to go there. Oh well. No stars.
