Dr. Patel and her staff are great! I've had trouble in the past with my prescription lenses and fitting of glasses and Dr. Patel has always taken great care of me, making sure I have everything I need to see clearly and comfortably. The staff was very helpful at helping me decide on stylish frames for what would best for me in my profession. Every time I get an exam or update my prescription, it is always timely scheduling and absolutely great customer service! I recommend Wink Eye Care to everyone that has asked me if I knew a good Eye doctor and will continue to recommend them further!

1 star. The rest of the staff is fantastic, but Dr. Patel has a sour attitude and is not looking to give her patients any kind of grace or assistance. I got fitted for contact lenses and had a bit of trouble removing them. Instead of just giving me a tip to get the out she insisted that I would need to pay $50 for a full contact consultation because it's her techs 'time' that I am paying for. It would have taken two second to just give me a pointer on how to pinch the out. She also reminded me 'that's why I asked you in the beginning if you knew how to take them out'. For context I had told her I got fitting before but had never worn contacts. Already spent $320 this day, trust me she charged for every thing she could, and she pushes through the appointment as fast as she can. She is not welcoming at all and after I receive my glasses I will not be coming back here. Like I said, the rest of the staff was great, thank you to those women for making my experience here at all helpful and taking the time to answer my questions. And thank you to Dr. Patel for helping me with my contacts, so kind

Five stars for Wink Eyecare! Deborah was amazing and seriously went the extra mile to help me get the exact same frames as my last pair. She made everything super easy and was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. My new blue blocking lenses are awesome too and make a huge difference while driving at night. I Highly recommend Dr. Patel and her whole team! Again, a huge thank you to Deborah! I will be recommending this practice to everyone.

I have been going to Wink for years, and I always get amazing service. I'm very picky about how my glasses fit and the staff lets me sit and fiddle with my adjustments until it works for me. The doc is up on the latest treatments but never tries to expensive treatments or upsell me on anything. I definitely recommend Wink!

I had just started coming to Wink this summer after moving into the area, and have only had positive experiences. While I had ordered contacts here, my backup glasses lost a screw, and Wink replaced the screw in my glasses for no charge at all, even though I didn't get my glasses there. They are always so kind and accommodating in every interaction, I can't see myself ever going anywhere else.

Hello I was at Wink Optical in Abington. Dr Kim is very polite and knowledgeable my eye exam was great , she exams me and found an issue and the proper lens for correction. Debra and Ruth are so warm and friendly. They both helped me find the perfect glasses . They were very pleasant and helpful they are the optical assistants in the office. They are very professional , and they love people and helping you achieve your vision needs as frames that are stylish for the individual . Dr Patel is the lead doctor very pleas t and professional I love this office . Godbless them all they are fully staffed.
