I had my first visit to Bangor Eye Specialists for difficulty reading and seeing close-up work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met by a warm, welcoming front desk staff who clearly enjoy what they do. The atmosphere was positive, efficient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Cassandra Thomas, OD, was outstanding. She truly listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions to fully understand what I was experiencing, and provided a thorough, comprehensive exam. Her explanations were clear, her advice was practical and reassuring, and I left feeling confident in the plan moving forward. Chrissy, the optician, was equally impressive. She took great care with my measurements for my new prescription, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism stood out. It's clear that everyone in this office is both competent and compassionate. I'm grateful to have found such a caring team and highly recommend Bangor Eye Specialists to anyone needing excellent eye care.
