I have been a patient/customer for around 14yrs and never had a problem, I would speak very highly of him and the staff until I took my 2 kids (ages 8&9). I was suprised they needed glasses, within the first month of having them they were seeing a "rainbowing" effect when using them in school on their tablets, and it bothered them to the point they didn't want to wear them when they were on their devices. The Dr wanted to see them, my kids explained to him what they were experiencing and he was so beyond rude to my children and myself. He said they were lying and he didn't believe them and that the coating that opted for (at his recommendation) doesn't do that and thatvhe had nevwr heard of that. He said it's just them making stuff up so to get out of wearing them, which is not at all the case. All I wanted was for them to remove the coatings on the glasses, he refused and said to bring the glasses back and he'd write me a check and we would part ways. We got kick out all because my kids had a problem with their product. I am so appalled at his behavior, and to tell my children that they were liars is just beyond disgusting. I will never be returning. I strongly advise anyone who has little kids (especially if getting glasses for the first time) to stay far, far away from that place.

I have been using Belle Vision Center for many years for my eye care. I wear both contacts and glasses. Always helpful with guidance to help me get the best savings for my eye care needs. Supplying cash back offers from the contact lens manufacturer has been helpful and their savings plan for the first pair of glasses I feel is helpful as well.

Received a gift card for this place, which was a mistake on our end. I tried to call and explain and pleased for a gift card refund. I was told it has to be used for Eyewear accessories.... $100 gift card and they couldn't even give me 20% back. I asked to speak to a manager, instead got put on hold. Now I know there are regulations but I feel like they could've helped with SOMETHING. I even told them my situation , with no sympathy. I guess that was a waste of $100 because I wont go here just because I felt like they didn't try.

Maybe it's just me but, when you call a doctors office and they're 3 months from the first appointment, and you tell them you can't see, you don't just say "sorry". You couldn't offer to put me on a call list in case there's a cancellation? You couldn't ask my symptoms in case it's an emergency and I should go to the hospital? "Just sorry, bye." That was my experience.

The service is excellent. The diagnostic tools are modern and very high tech. Everyone there cares about every patient. They all take their time to make sure you are getting everything you need. Dr. Frzynski and all his support staff are truly knowledgeable, caring, and extremely capable and efficient. This is a first class vision facility in every way.

The doctor is extremely thorough, intelligent, caring, and cutting edge! The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and organized. I have been going to this practice for years and have recommended many people. Great options for stylish glasses too!
