I have great respect for Dr. Charles Kent at Everett & Hurite Ophthalmic Association. I have long trusted him for my eye care and especially whenever it comes to any needed eye surgery for my family or me! He is not only a very caring and a most dedicated ophthalmologist, he is an extremely competent surgeon! In addition, his staff is so friendly and welcoming. His assistant, Janelle Snyder, the surgical coordinator, has been with Dr. Kent for a long time providing very dedicated service to his patients! My family deeply appreciates all this association does to protect our precious eyesight. Thank you for this opportunity to praise your work.

The whole experience was amazing from the receptionist, supporting staff and Dr Herzig. The were kind, caring yet extremely professional and informative. I had a 3 1/2 and 7 year old granddaughters that were being examined and they were treated so patiently and appropriately for their ages. The explained every step of the exam to my granddaughters before they did anything. The results were in understandable detail. I highly recommend this practice to anyone but especially if you have young children.

Dr. Abbasi gave a very clear and detailed explanation of the results of my appointment as well as a very detailed written summary of the results and description of the monitoring plan. Good experience! The front desk person was very cordial. I wish that I could remember the young man's name who did all of the preliminary stuff. I was a little anxious at the onset, but he quickly set that aside with his patience. Thank you! Dr. McGee was very pleasant and thorough. I feel more confident about having the procedure done now.

Dr. Herzig was wonderful. Both of my granddaughters loved her and were extremely pleased with her. She answered all of our questions and spent the time to make them feel very comfortable with seeing a new doctor. We will certainly continue to see her for their eye care.

She explained the process and results to him in a way that was very comforting yet informative. I highly recommend this office for your child's vision needs!
