Thomas and workers at store are amazing. My son always picked out my new frames and he sadly died. They rallied around me and helped me pick out new frames. Thomas has gone above and beyond in the past. Our new puppy go to a hold of my glasses and broke them apart. I went in and talked to Thomas and he said sadly that they were discontinued. I was near tears and Thomas said he would go online to see if he could find them. He called me next day and said he found a store in NY and they were shipping them to him. I can't say enough good things about the store. New frames below.

RACISM RACISM RACISM RACISM RACISM Terrible service. You are the most discourteous people I have ever encountered. Today I went to pick up my glasses and received the worst treatment. I was humiliated and mocked for my nationality. I am consulting with my lawyer about this matter, and this complaint is against the gentleman who was working as a receptionist. Furthermore, the frames of my glasses are not new; you can see they are old, trial frames that are clearly stained. I expect a prompt response from you on this matter.....

Highly recommend if you are thinking about getting eye surgery. Great pricing from what I've seen vs others. The staff is very welcoming and great at explaining and any questions I had.

Vicky did a great job adjusting my glasses! I couldn't believe how fast she fixed them. She is kind, courteous, professional, and definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Always a fast and easy time! When I need my glasses fixed, tightened, the smallest of things they handle it with speed and ease :) my last two years have been easy coming to America's Best. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!

Went for a contact fitting. 1st trial lenses were bad. Right eye with lense blurry, left lense fit so poorly it took 10 tries to remove from my eye. 2nd trial lenses the left lense was so painful it felt like a piece of dirt was in it. I cleaned it many times and it was always extremely uncomfortable. She wanted me to try a 3rd set of lenses, but I stated if you've haven't gotten close by now I don't think you ever will. I left the place asking for a contact lense script for my current lenses. I spent over $100 for no contact lense vision improvement. Waste of time and money. Went to desk for my contact lense script and it took over 20 minutes. They couldn't email the prescription because they don't have a secure server. Don't not go here for eye care. Very poor eye exam professional.

Horrible. Poor customer service, long wait time, took over three weeks to get contacts!!! Never on time and just overall poor. I would never recommend and will not return. I ended up ordering contacts off the internet (who knows how much longer it would take). All customers seemed annoyed every time I had to come back. Staff is blah....only positive thing I can say is male receptionist seems to be the only professional....

Had my prescription glasses repaired. The nylon string under the lense was broke. Fixed within an hour, no charge. Also had a second pair cleaned.
