I love this place! First time going with my son (he's 7) for glasses. They were so nice and helpful. They were very patient knowing that this was his first formal eye exam. They explained everything in detail. They also made the process of picking out frames super easy as they were very informed about what would be best for him being that he's still going to grow. They also had all the insurance information ready for me so any questions we had were easily answered and cost/benefit information was easily available!

MyEyeDr. is the best!!! Everyone is so great to work with. They have a wide selection of frames and they truly take the time to make sure everything is just right. I absolutely love my prescription and my glasses--highly recommend!

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional way to run a business. At my first appointment last year, I had to wait so long to be seen, my 1.5 hour meter expired and I got a ticket from BPA. This year I planned ahead and put 2 hours on the meter. I was told to fill out and highlight the usual forms, one of which asked for my signature confirming I received my scripts at the END of the appointment. When I brought the forms to reception I said I would sign afterwards, as indicated. Receptionist simply stated "it's corporate forms" as if this was not an issue to hand out and ask for a signature at the start of the appointment. Then, it took a half hour until I was seen my the eye technician and I was then sent back to the waiting area for the doctor. 50 minutes after my appointment I walk up to the reception desk, was not noticed by the women sitting on her phone until I said 'excuse me' and when I asked to confirm I had the correct appointment time, all I was told was 'yes, sorry we are busy tonight'. I asked for an approximate time to be seen and was told probably another half hour. A full hour and twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment. I left and will never go to any MyEyeDr location again. Very disappointed that my time was not valued and was wasted. Adding on to my previous post - MyEyeDr put in a claim through my insurance without my knowledge and without me ever giving them my information. They simply searched my name and birthday. I am appalled again at this unprofessional behavior. I was never seen by a doctor and did not have an eye exam, yet they tried to hold an insurance claim trying to force me to return. Luckily, my insurance cleared this fraudulent attempt.

Dr. Ghanchi is an excellent optometrist both thorough and professional while completing his examination. Bob Stewart who does the fittings for your glasses is likewise thorough and most helpful as is the entire staff.

Very nice! They had availability same week with online scheduling, aided me in parking, walked me through the exam process, were very transparent with insurance coverage/costs, and were overall very welcoming. I did not feel rushed to make decisions or get out of there. The optician Robert is a gem! He went above & beyond with finding products in my budget and made it fun experience. 10/10 (well worth the drive from the town over)

I love this place. The staff is so kind and the doctors are very thorough. I had such a great time with Bob picking out my glasses. I'll never change my eye care to anywhere else. Thank you Bethlehem team!!!!

Over the years we have always had Bob provide us with glasses; repairing fitting, and ordering them. He is very professional, and caring to always accommodating our selection of frames and fitting them. His service and care is excellent. We are always able to see him when we need emergency care. Two great experiences so far at My Eye Dr and glad I have found somewhere for a good eye exam and friendly customer service. My last visit I got glasses and sunglasses for what I usually pay for 1 pair and the dr visit today was quick and easy!
