This was my daughter's first visit to this eye care practice, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The doctor was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. All aspects of the examination were explained thoroughly and clearly, and we never felt rushed. The staff was courteous, organized, and welcoming, which contributed to a seamless and stress-free visit. It is evident that this practice is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. I took my daughter to this eye doctor today and had such a great experience. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and made sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. Should have read the reviews before I went here. So read the others as well. Do NOT go here if you need glasses in a timely manner. On week 5 of waiting, still no glasses. Call and leave messages, never called back. When you can get ahold of them they have no reasons or answers. Go to visionworks, they had my glasses in less than 2 weeks. Just to follow up, they now called back once they saw my review saying that the frame was out of stock and magically showed up today. When I questioned why they didn't call tot ell me that or tell me that when I called a week ago, they insisted they called and were yelling things in the background. Just don't waste your time. It's not just me, there's plenty of other reviews just like mine.

My prescription is complex . Their doctor was so thorough and i waited about 4 weeks for my glasses but i knew that was going to happen . The ladies in this office go above and beyond to help me to understand my insurance . I absolutely love my new glasses and i will be back year after year to receive this kind of treatment and to get my next favorite pair of glasses ! Please come see these young ladies if you want the best experience!

I broke me my glasses when I Was visiting Bethlehem. I showed them to Brie at Vision and she told she'd be able to match them with similar frames. And she did in 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. They provide a tremendous service and Brie was wonderful.

I absolutely love the staff, the eyewear selections and ambience of the Crystal Vision store in Bethlehem PA. I have been a client now for a little over two years and from day one I have experienced the privilege of working with staff member Jamel. Jamel has made getting a new pair of glasses exciting. He is very knowledgeable about his craft, and has an excellent sense of fashion style and diplomacy in addressing all of my questions. He's also very patient as I want my glasses immediately after trying on a pair that he helped me choose. The other staff that are employed there are always friendly and greet everyone like they are old friends when they enter the store. Bethany the manager is always willing to assist in every aspect of the eyeglass shopping procedure, including the scheduling of eye exams from their in house optometrists.
