I only leave reviews when I receive very bad or very good service. Dr. Veena Adusumilli came through for me on a brand new pair of Ralph Lauren Polo glasses I purchased from her. I paid $500 for these designer frames. I keep my possessions in very good condition but the Polo frames started to have discoloration after 3 months of owning them! I stopped in to show Dr. Veena Adusumilli the defects that looked like reddish rust colored discoloration on the Polo logo of the frames on either side. She contacted the distributor that she purchased them from to make them aware of the frames defects. They told he that the frames were on back order. I did take me 3 months to get the new frames but Dr. Veena Adusumilli came through big for me! While I was waiting for my new frames my glasses fell on the ground and the one lense was scratched in multiple places. I purchased a 2 year $85 warranty from her on the lenses. So when I did finally get my new frames they also had brand new lenses in them too!! This kind of customer service does not exist in today's world. Also besides of the warranties she made good on for me. She provided me with the best prescription I have Ever received from an eye doctor, like dead on. I am seeing the best I have in recent years because of her process, care, knowledge, and attention to detail at being an optometrist. Thank you for your dedication in a very non customer service friendly universe.

My visit was a wonderful experience. The doctor was very friendly and professional. She performed a thorough eye exam and explained everything in great detail. I recommend this establishment to everyone and I plan coming back every year.

I have been using their service for 3 years and enjoy the store and eye care. I'm wearing new glasses now that are great! I found lots of frame options to try in the store and when I requested an adjustment to my lens, they did so without charge. This is a small business with excellent service and I intend to be a customer for a long time!

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and kind doctor. Felt very comfortable and welcome the whole time. Making an appointment was super easy as well as availability for a follow up. Had a great selection of frames and had my contact prescription ready in stock. Location is easy to get to and will be my new go to.

Dr. Adusumilli is so incredibly kind. She gave me her full attention during the entire appointment, never once making me feel rushed. I was extremely interested in learning about the equipment she used, and she kindly answered each of my many questions with thoughtful responses. The office is also beautiful, with windows in the exam rooms (or at least in mine!). I cannot recommend Elite Vision Care highly enough. Dr. Adusumilli very clearly cares about her patients, and I feel very lucky to have found her!
