If I could give a zero, I would. Dr. Saravitz gave me a superficial keratotomy Without permission and without explaining The procedure. Three years later, I'm looking at getting a possible cornea transplant at Wills eye because of the damage he caused.

Dr. Saravitz and the staff at Bethlehem Eye Associates are absolutely the best!!!! I was in need of answers, and I did walk out feeling like Dr. Saravitz not only gave me the most in depth exam, he was so compassionate yet forthcoming with my plan of care. He addressed all of my concerns, had extensive knowledge of my current situation, interpreted my test results and I left feeling great comfort in his expertise. The staff is just exceptional, there is really no other way to put it. It's refreshing to walk into an office of people with kind hearts and beautiful souls.

I was very impressed with the doctor, and the technician who took the initial measurements of my eye in the examining room. I was not impressed in any fashion with the receptionist or with the waiting, so long to be seen by the doctor in the examination room. After speaking with the office manager, she facilitated seeing a different doctor, and then I was very pleased. Sitting for just short of an hour after the initial measurements have been taken, waiting for the doctor to come in which not good when I questioned where the doctor was I was told he was performing a procedure and they had one other patient waiting before me. This is already after waiting an hour in the examination room. The office manager was able to facilitate a different doctor coming to see me which was excellent , if someone wanted to contact me, I'll be more than happy to go into further detail

Dr Saravitz is great! I am glad he is my Doctor. I cannot say the same with the administration of that facility. It took me THREE days to get thru to request an emergency appointment. The calls were never returned. I got lucky in trying another other phone number at a call center. Then I was taken care of promptly.

The wait wasn't to long since there many patients that go there to see different eye doctors being care by. Doctor assistance was very polite and helpful explained everything while I was being xray pictures for different features in my eyeball. Doctor Eugene was also very polite and explaining many things what they like for to make sure your eye care is good nothing but good remarks on my visit thank you.
