My husband , step son and I have been going here for years. Jose and Dr. Medina are always friendly. Its family oriented and they are willing to work with you. When you order your glasses they don't long to come which is great.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Medina. She took the time to educate me on how to maintain good eye health and what to expect in the future as we age and our vision changes. I would highly recommend this practice. The entire staff was very warm, attentive and welcoming.

My experience is very bad. They made me some glasses and the lenses are coming out of the frame. They say they don't make the lenses but the insurance. Zero quality control. This second time I went and the recipe badly made and now they want to charge me $ 65 for taking a new exam. Very bad attention and disorganized

I have been going here since I was about 14 when they were still on south side bethlehem and I'm now 27.. and my son goes to her now..I won't be going to anyone else love the service the prices and they always are fast in service.. the small parking lot is way better then it was on south side and it's a small price to pay to be able to go to the best lady for my eye care needs :) she actually remembers me from when I was little from when I was pregnant and now she knows my son when he comes in and that is what makes her so great she remembers her customers which lets me know she personalizes each visit makes it comfortable:) my son adores going to get his eyes checked at 2 he was happy to even go! Now at 6 is still happy to go..where most kids hate it.. sincerely Deanna and Dylan! Thanks Sylvia!

Crowded, unorganized, hardly parking. went for a visit they checked my vision. I picked and paid for my glasses and went home. They called me and asked me to return cause they forgot to do my pressure test. So I went all the way back. Two days later they called and said I never paid for my eye exam ? They never charged me Ha , I went back to pay after my Glasses came in.

doctors are good. nurses are ok but a bit slow. cashier is sooo slowwww! took me over an hour to checkout. very unorganized person !

They are an excellent professional company. Works with you regardless of income. I was very and have been very pleased with this women.

I love the eye glass selections They work hard with you n your insurance.Very flexible walk in appt for busy ppl .So whoever knocks this place or gives a bad review are impatient unorganized cause there are too many ways they work with you....
