Authentically local, super reasonable, and expert at their craft. If your glasses can be repaired, Chris is happy to do so. When workplace insurance had offered me two choices: * free glasses from a big chain store * price discount from a local store Choice was easy: buy local. Bought two pairs of glasses and they're worth every penny. Glad to have found this particular local eyewear shop! Had an annual eye exam with Dr. Williams and I can't say enough wonderful things. She was not only on time and efficient but very knowledgeable and thorough. The office has a great homey feel to it and has a great selection of glasses. I will be coming back!

One of the most excellent optometrists I've been too, and my eyes are shot so I've been to a lot of them. Highly recommended, give them your business !

Amazing great beautiful work, and great people nice work. Recommend them very clean. Very kind recommend 100%. I had to repair my glasses, because one of the leg fell off so they repaired it the quickly and very well done.

This place is the best. Their eye exams are quick and professional, they submitted ALL of my annoying insurance claim paperwork with me, and if my glasses ever need an adjustment, I can walk right in and Chris Remmel himself will take care of them on the spot and so happy to do it, too. I've never met a friendlier staff and the old-school Bethlehem ambiance that they've decorated the shop with is just the cherry on top. I recommend this place to anyone who asks!

I've been extremely impressed with Remmel Opticians. On two separate occasions, I've needed glasses repaired and, in both instances, Chris was able to fix them the same day. The first was an emergency as my daughter broke her glasses the day before we were leaving for vacation. Thanks to Chris, she was able to see on our trip! The second repair was for a pair of vintage Oakley sunglasses that two other opticians (including an Oakley certified optician) couldn't fix. Chris repaired them the same day I brought them in. I was thrilled that I could once again wear my favorite pair of sunglasses! I can't thank Chris enough for his over-the-top customer service!

Chris in my opinion is the best!! Not only at his craft. He is polite, caring & a down to earth individual. I highly recommend His establishment.
