I took my glasses in for the adjustment and the optician cleaned my lenses off with a dirty rag and a solution. These glasses are just a few months old, and I've been getting them from the same place for over 30 years and never had a problem As soon as I walked out of of the vision center, I noticed that the anti-glare coating was starting to peel off. I took them back and showed him and he continued to clean them, which made the anti-reflective coating peel off both sides which made it worse and he said it must be a defect. Walmart should be responsible and either repair or replace these lenses as they're not even six months old.

The Eye Center was amazing!! Fast friendly and so economical! I got two pair for 1/2 of what was quoted for replacement prescription sunglasses at my local eye Dr!! The Dr was so good! He educated me at every step! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Great job gang!

Very professional & helpful staff for the actual exam - Dr. Serniak is positive and made the visit and exam fun, he is positive & professional with his exams too.
I recommend them for all your optometry needs! The ordering was great as well overall the experience was 100% and I would have given 5 stars until I picked up my glasses. Christian could not be more rude. Maybe he was having a bad day however that is not a reason to get a sarcastic attitude with a paying customer. He also was very unprofessional on the phone when I called. Everyone else was great...

Thank you to Dr. Foley and staff! I had gotten my eye exam at another area facility but got my glasses at Walmart. The prescription just never felt right. I was re-examined today. Dr. Foley knew exactly what the issue was. He fixed the issue - which he didn't have to since it wasn't his mistake - at no cost to me, for anything! I did not pay for the exam or to remake the glasses. I felt so seen and understood. It was such a relief! Highly recommend!

WORST PLACE TO GET GLASSES!! The eye dr and exam was great but buying the glasses from there was horrible. When i first got them they had chip out of protective coating, i took them back for replacement, that lens had milky blemish in coating, next had chip again, next was cut to small and lens kept coming out. It was always the right lens. As if that wasnt enough, i got attitude from Michael the optician when i went in to pick them up this last time. You would think he was the one inconvenienced having to run an hour round trip so often to get what i paid for, a pair of glasses without issues so i could wear them. Just a matter of time to see if the coating chips again. 45+ years of wearing glasses and never had to return for any issues until now. Would never recommend them to anyone. Nor will i be returning. Would give less than 1 star rating if i could.

Last night we needed to speak with the office about an exam form that was supposed to be faxed, but never was. We made the 30 minute drive just to walk into a CLOSED office! Yes, it was 7:30pm but the hours online and in store say closing at 8:00pm! So, if you need an exam then they are great to get you in and taken care of. But if you need a form filled and faxed by them, you may as well fax it yourself.
