I would rate more than 5 stars if the option existed. Dr. Kartesz was so good with my kids (15,15,13) that at the end of the day they said their visit to his office was one of the highlights of their day! He was so thorough and kind. And his staff was courteous, knowledgable and incredibly helpful! We drove an hour to get to his office in Bradford in winter weather and will not hesitate to return.

Dr. Kartesz is the finest optometrist I have ever met. He is thorough, knowledgeable, diligent, well-educated, courteous, pleasant, and patient. He took a good amount of time with me to determine exactly what type of glasses I needed and which would be best for me. My sight is essential, as I am a Radiologist (a doctor who reads X-Rays, CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, ultrasounds, etc.). Interpretations of mammograms and other such exams require excellent vision, of course. Dr. Kartesz listens attentively.
He also saw my wife as quickly as he could get her in and immediately diagnosed her rapidly-progressive cataracts (she was only 53 at the time). He saved her vision!
I cannot recommend Dr. Kartesz highly enough.
