Eye Care Professional Associates

Started going here a couple years ago as there weren't any other good options in the area. The exams were fine, but they were reluctant to give us the prescriptions to buy glasses elsewhere and told us they had lots of good options. Ended up buying the glasses there and even after insurance we still paid a lot out of pocket. We recently found another optometrist in bradford and I called to cancel our existing appointments at eye care. The phone receptionist wasn't the nicest and it definitely made the decision to leave even easier.

Each and every one of the ladies there always make me feel at home like I'm with friends/family. Denise, Amanda, Stacy, Shannon, and- Kayla- who was very helpful in helping pick out glasses and she made me laugh. They're All helpful and sweet every time. The other girl that works there at the desk was very nice too, I'm not sure her name. Dr. Mautino and Arianna are very knowledgeable and patient, and have helped solve my eye health issues. I appreciate you all.

I had ordered contacts for myself as well as my daughter through Kayla and she was fantastic! She helped set everything up and got them ordered quickly. She set up the mail and rebates for me as well which I find stressful so I appreciated that as well! I plan to look at frames as well soon! I would definitely recommend her!

I didn't have to wait long. Kayla helped me find glasses to fit my face. She was very nice and very professional. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend them. When I went in for my exam they explained everything they were doing before they did it. I like that. I would highly recommend them to anyone with eye problems.

My son has been wearing glasses for five years now and it's always a hassle. When the dog ate his glasses, I was in a panic. One because he can't see without them and two, I knew (from experience) his eye drs would not be able to help us at all. I called Kayla at Bradford eye care professional associates and she said to come right in. She found me a pair of very nice loaner frames so my son had glasses on his face within the hour and ordered his new ones which we had in a couple of days at half the cost I usually pay. I'll never go anywhere else. Kayla even went through the box and called me as soon as the shipment for his new frames came in. She made my son so happy. And made a moms panic completely go away. We will go to Kayla for all of our eye care needs!

Friendly service all the way around. Kayla that helps with the glasses always greets people with a smile, is super helpful, and very diligent at her job. Love the crew at Eye Care.

The staff was respectful and friendly, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. Scheduling was easy, and the office was clean and comfortable. My concerns were addressed, and overall I had a positive experience. The only downside was the wait time, which was just okay. Still, I would recommend this office to others.

I have always been treated well at eye care! I have been going since I was in the 9th grade and Dr. Danny was my doctor and the office was located on congress street. Now Dr. Mautino is a gem! Always answers questions and is patient and caring. My only complaint is there is not enough light in the room with the puffer machine, old eyes need light!
