Terrible customer service! I took my 65 year old uncle up the see about frames for glasses because his broke! The girl( DANI) did not have time to help us because we didn't have the numbers from his last pair of frames. She had time to call another Walmart inTexas to see if they knew but made very little effort to find a pair of frames that would work. She looked at 4 pair out of the thousand in there and said nope we have nothing. We then went over the the sunglasses section in Walmart and found a pair that worked in less than 5 mins. And cost $20. She would have rather him be blind then help him shame on her!!! Terrible

Wasn't sure what to expect, but Walmart Vision Center of Bradford, PA and its employees get a 5 star rating. They were so nice and helpful. Not once did we feel like we had to hurry, I think we may have found our new eye care place!! THANK YOU!!!

Hard to get a time to look at glasses because of COVID. There wasn't an employee there for 20 minutes to screen me. Was kicked out even though they had zero customers. Anytime I call to make an appointment they never have an available time. Frustrated because I work a full time job.
