The entire staff is awesome to work with. It's rare to find someone who truly enjoys helping people, it's even more rare to find an office full of them. Dr. Strain is attentive, punctual, and always has her patients best interest in mind. Pam, the Office Manager, is always a pleasure and I don't think I've ever walked out of the office without laughing my way out the door. Tracy, who helped me pick out my new frames, was a huge help and even though they were 20 minutes to closing, the whole office was willing to chime in on which frames they liked the most, when I'm sure they'd be happy to be wrapping things up after a busy day. I don't live close, but I'm willing to drive out there just because of the people. 10/10 office!
