I went to Lux Skin Lasers because I had acne scars on my cheeks, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, and large pores. Nicole was amazing from the very first visit. She did a thorough consultation, explained which treatments would work best for my skin, and most importantly set realistic expectations. I ended up doing RF Microneedling, LaseMD, and a CO2 Cool Peel, and the transformation in my skin has been incredible. I had very deep scars, and from when we started 4 months ago to now(ONLY 2 TREATMENTS), I genuinely can't believe how much better my skin looks and feels. My texture is smoother, my pores are smaller, and my overall complexion has completely turned around. What really stood out to me is that I had tried a similar CO2 treatment at another place before and saw no results. So seeing such a dramatic improvement here has made me incredibly happy and confident in Nicole's expertise. I'll definitely be continuing follow-up treatments to keep improving my skin even more. Today was my first appointment at Lux Skin Lasers. I saw Candace for a skin consultation and Dr. Pati for lip fillers. Upon first impression, the office space is so beautiful and the staff is extremely welcoming and kind! I felt right at home with them, and my appointment started on time. I started with Candace, who had me fill out a bit of history about my skin before we had a conversation about my concerns. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and had an answer for everything I brought up. We settled on some new skin care products by SkinCeuticals that I was able to buy in-house at a discounted rate, and I'll be back for regular facials and a chemical peel! Dr. Pati is a real gem! It's like she knew what I was going to say before I even said it. Like Candace, she was so knowledgeable and down to earth, and answered every question I had. She made sure I was well informed about the lip fillers and that I was comfortable with next steps. The procedure was pretty quick (about 20 mins) and I'm in LOVE with my results! I'm super excited to go back for my touch up Overall, this was an amazing experience. I'd recommend 1000000x!

I started seeing Dr. Lee a few years ago. I had considered getting my eyes done and consulted with another surgeon who was ready to perform the treatment. After meeting with Dr. Lee, he actually told me I wasn't ready for it! He made a few other suggestions for fillers and Botox to lift my brow and was amazing. Five years later, and I still do not feel like I need my eyes done as the Botox does lift the brow with the technique Dr. Lee and the other providers in his office use. I've subsequently been treated by both Dr. Castelli and NP Pati for lip filler, marionette line filler and Botox. Both take the time to listen to you, study your face and make recommendations. Both do an incredible job, just like Dr. Lee. Both are extremely gentle and have an eye for exactly what to do. Each time I visit, which is about once a year now, I leave looking myself, but refreshed. Very rarely have I bruised at all, which is a testament to how gentle and skilled they are. Prior to finding, Dr. Lee and his team, I had used two other providers for lip and face fillers. With both of those other providers, I bruised significantly after the treatment, and felt like the filler was very noticeable and a bit unnatural looking. That is not my experience with Dr. Lee's office - I have never left the office looking weird or unnatural. They really have an eye for beauty aesthetics, and no exactly how much to use and where to put it. The best testament is when other people want to go to your provider because they do such a good job! The first time I saw Dr. Lee, I had one friend immediately consult him and also start using him. I just had a treatment with NP Pati for the first time a few weeks ago and since then I have referred one person, and have another friend, who has never had filler or Botox before, ask me about going because my results turned out so nice and natural. I highly recommend this practice!

They are so kind and informative. High quality services and very thorough. I've gotten Botox elsewhere, but the results from getting it here have been so much more progressive in smoothing my creases. Upon arrival, the front desk is so welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

For a gift, I sent my girl to Lux Medspa. I thought I was doing good by her. She was so excited. But what came home to me, let's just say was a different person on the outside. The woman who worked on her, Patti, should not be near a syringe, a face, or a mirror. What was suppose to be a routine Botox and Filler appointment turned into a master class in how to do absolutely everything wrong. My girl told me that the moment Patti touched her face, she knew this was not going to end well. My girl should have gotten up right away; that was her mistake. And that mistake followed her home. When she got home, she went straight to the bathroom and stared at herself in the mirror. She spent a little over an hour in the bathroom, beyond upset. I never saw her do that before. There was dead silence and no response when I asked her several times what was wrong. After a little over an hour in the bathroom, she sat down with me and told me the following: The consultation? Nonexistent. My concerns? Ignored. My face? Treated like a random art project that Patti was wildly guessing her way through. The end result look less like "refreshed" and more like "something has gone terribly wrong." Uneven, awkward, and honestly impressive in how bad it was. When my girl tried to address the issues with Patti, Patti had the confidence of someone who has never ever questioned herself- despite all evidence suggesting that she absolutely should. No accountability, no empathy, just vibes and denial. My girl now has the pleasure of fixing someone else's mess; both financially and emotionally. I am so disappointed. Here I try to do the right thing and make my girl happy with this gift. And all I did was pay for a mess and caused my girl pain. This has been a very sad experience.

I have been seeing Dr John Lee for my routine Botox for years. He is exceptional and really learns your face and makes it look as natural as he can. I never want to look like I have filler or Botox and I never have. Dr Lee's staff is so cordial and sweet and very easy to deal with. Don't go just anywhere and get anyone to i next your face!!!

Candace is amazing! I've been seeing her for microneedling and laser treatments for about 2 years. Gives excellent recommendations for treatments and skin care products. Dr Lee and Dr Castelli are fabulous for all my injectable needs! Front desk staff are always warm and welcoming. Office space is clean. Location is convenient with adequate parking.
