Dittman Eyecare - Cranberry Township

I have been going to this office for a few years now. I'm always very happy with the care I receive and the professionalism of the staff. I have done very complicated eye issues and see a specialist as well. They work very well in tandem. I would highly recommend Dittman Eye Care.

The staff at Dittman EyeCare in Cranberry Township were wonderful from the moment I stepped into their facility. I am awful with names, so I won't try to name everyone here, but everyone was great. I haven't had an eye exam in about five years due to not having insurance for a number of those years and not wanting to pay out of pocket. My current insurer recommended this place, and I was intrigued by the amount of positive reviews. Often, when I see many positive reviews about a business, I end up disappointed when I experience it myself, but this place lived up to its online reputation. Everyone here was extremely thorough. They were able to explain everything they did to my eyes in layman's terms so that I knew everything that was happening. Dr. Dittman discussed lenses with me and why certain brands are more regarded than others and why he prescribes the ones he does at his facility. All of it was very fascinating, and I love when a pro is willing to talk to us non-pros about his or her specialty. I really appreciated it. Again, I will definitely be recommending this place for anyone looking for a new eye doctor. Great experience.

We just moved to Cranberry Township and I needed to find an optometrist in the area that took my insurance. I saw Dittman Eyecare was in network and only .5 miles from where we live. I'm so glad I decided to go to their office. I can't say enough about the staff: Amy, Kelsee, Ashleigh, Sara and Nicole all were so pleasant and efficient. Dr. Nock did my examination and he was patient, informative and has a great personality. I ordered new glasses that I needed badly. I'm pleased with the style, fit, price and above all, my improved vision! I recommend them to all needing their services! Thank you Dittman Eyecare!

I must say that this was the most enjoyable and pleasant experience at an eye doctors office. When my last eye doctors office closed and I was looking for a new doctor, I had 11 people tell me that Dittman Eye Care is the place to go and they take very good care of you. I will tell you that Dr. Nock was superb and pleasant and communicated with me everything that he was doing and explaining everything in detail so I have no questions. My technician Ashleigh was amazingly nice and did the same thing with communicating beautifully. I was greeted by Sabrina when I walked into the office with a smile and just overall great energy. And to wrap it all up Sara check me out and was just as amazing. I am beyond thrilled to have this facility and the doctor and the staff as my people for my Eye Care. Thank you so much.

Great experience with first visit to Dittman. Dr. Nook was pleasant and explained everything in detail.

I went to Dittman Eyecare for the first time today and highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, to the time I left, I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The office is clean and the staff is both friendly and professional! Caitlyn was very welcoming as she greeted me as I walked in and got me started. Shannon was my technician and took great care of me! What I appreciate most, other than her great personality, was that she explained everything that she was doing as she ran tests on me. Dr. Knock was absolutely wonderful! He is so kind, personable and also explained everything he was doing for the duration of the appointment. Finally, Sandy helped me pick out a pair of glasses and even wrote down my favorite pairs so that I could make a better decision once my eyes weren't dilated. The entire staff is amazing!

This was my first time at Dittman Eyecare and it was an awesome experience! They have very convenient hours for appointments so I was able to get in quickly. When I arrived, Amanda checked me in she was very friendly! I was brought back quickly by the technician Kolby. She was very personable and she made me feel comfortable. Dr Dittman did a very thorough and comprehensive contact lens exam. He was very friendly and I was very happy with my final RX and contact lens suggestion. I had been wearing an outdated contact lens and Dr Dittman suggest a new lens on the market. I don't have Vision insurance so they offer an in house insurance plan which helped me out big time with the costs! Overall an awesome experience and I would recommend Dittman Eyecare to anyone!
