The optical vision center is terrible. Got a pair about 2 weeks ago, the measurements on my lenses were no where near where they had to be, took them back for a remake the same day, and they claim they just shipped them out today. Unacceptable smh

We are sitting here now!! And it's 317pm. My fiance appointment was at 2:15... This is freaking ridiculous ! No exceptions! What you all think you can just call us back because you think that you beat the time limit of being "checked in" ... I'm very extremely angry! They need to get on the ball. We sat here on Monday like this.. we were scheduled Monday at 1145.. And did NOT leave here until almost 4 pm.. Unacceptable!!! I'm getting more angry get on the ball!!
