America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

As I look at this review score here it just blows my mind. People must just be very hard to please because to not give this specific America's best a five star reading. I don't know if this is from a while ago because it has changed and so much for the better Jennifer, Marissa and the eye doctor are the best. They will do whatever they can to make sure that you can afford what you want. They'll pull every discount every coupon that they can find to help you And the doctor is very informative. It does take I guess a little bit longer but not much because she does take that extra time to sit down and explain what is going on with your eyes. I do know that I used to go here back before Marissa and Jennifer were there and it was a bit of a different office Area. The doctor was always the same so I can understand that but since they've had these two, I am beyond happy with this place. I'm actually switching my children here and they have insurance to go to Northeast. The Insurance they have America's best does not accept, but the customer service is so exceptional Then I'm willing to pay the extra money. God bless everybody.

Took an eye exam, picked out frames .came back two weeks later to pick them up they were terrible. I had double vision. I was told the frames were too big .I picked out another frame came back in 10 days still double vision .the sales person tried to tell me id have to get used to them and to wear them for a few hours a day .then i was told by a worker( i knew the other frames weren't the problem). they spoke with the doctor did not re-examine me and said that they would fix them with a pretty large attitude as if i was being difficult .I came back for the third time they were still not correct I had extremely blurry vision when I tried them on. I asked for a refund. No apology for four different visits to pick them up .total waste of time .I do not understand why the doctor did not re-examine me after the first pair was incorrect.

Marisa was great! She was professional and gave me all my options. She checked my insurance and my script. Choosing frames was the hardest part of the visit. So many different styles to choose. I couldn't decide so I went with Pair Eyewear and grabbed a bunch of different toppers.

I am glad I found a pair of frames I liked but the staff are constantly talking about other customers, work and personal life in front of you. The girl who was supposed to fit me for my glasses when they came in was too distracted that I just wanted to get out of there. Went to target and was treated much better. Please hire better staff.

Glasses lasted 9-10 months., then a film blurred my vision. Nothing they can do about it! Must use cheap stuff! Nice people, but doesn't make up for not being able to use glasses, have to use old ones until insurance!

They definitely gained a customer today I had a issue with my glasses breaking and the super friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there able to see.

Absolutely positively THE BEST EMPLOYEE THEIR IS JENNIFER!! This woman goes above and beyond for all of her customers/patients! She listens observes everyone to see which glasses fits your face and our personalities. She also makes sure our glasses are customized to fit our needs from basic glasses to all the extras that are beneficial to us! This woman deserves recognition and a raise!! She is the reason why I keep coming back because I know I can trust her guidance!! Thank you Jennifer!!

My experience at America's Best, located at, 1336 Commerce Blvd. Dickson City, PA., was, above, and beyond, 5 stars! The staff that helped me with my vision care, and needs, were extraordinary, in their expertise, and knowledge, and my overall experience was, exceptional! They were kind, polite, and helpful, from the moment I walked in, until, the moment I walked out! The staff that accommodated me, in all of my needs, include, Jen, Marissa, and I'm going to include, Donald. And even though he did not personally help me, I feel the need to give him props, because, this gentlemans smile, and positive energy, lit up the room! Donald was kind, polite, and cheerful! You dont find that to often thats for sure. The gals were, kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful, and both, have the patience, of a saint. And I say that because, they both assisted me, in deciding, and finally, selecting two pairs of frames, out of the 147 frames, that I tried on. I, was looking for their honesty, and genuine opinions, on whether or not, the frames fit my face, and, whether the frames looked good, or, did not look good. And they provided that, and were super honest, and, both gave me that. And, No matter how long that process took. that was not an issue for either of them. That, in, and of, itself, is quite refeshing, and, very rare! In my experience, most sales people, have strived, to sell me the most expensive, and the most trendiest frame, instead of a frame, that I'm comfortable with, and could afford.
