Frames were damaged by Sams Optical. Prescription lens were reversed in frames. Terrible customer service.

Saw Dr Guzek I very disappointed and will not be back she explained before contact exam she preferred the daily wear contacts although these cost almost 3 times the amount of the acuvue bi weekly ones she said they were less expensive not true but I agreed to purchase the daily lenses after using 180 lenses supply faster than I thought I wanted to go back to acuvue bi weekly Sam's club wouldn't let me buy them because doctor wrote the brand on script so I had to only use what she wrote she would not write a new script and didn't return a call I requested there was no medical reason for me to only wear the daily's Sam's club claimed she is an independent although she's used their location this is poor customer service for Sam's club doctor wanted me to purchase these daily lenses before the exam so not medically necessary
