I was extremely impressed with the care I received on the morning of Feb. 23. With the blizzard just subsiding I was welcomed at the facility by Dr. Galiani. He opened up and preceded treatment as other staff began to arrive. I was impressed by the fact that they had opened up on a day when many business owners did not and proceeded with business as usual. The examination was top notch as usual.

I would give the entire staff and Doctor hundred stars just wow we move from down south of the Pennsylvania so many people recommended him and I've been doing the same and I problems with my eyes he said exactly what was wrong. He did what he had to do so I could see well explains everything from the minute. You walk in the front workers. Admins are great when you check out they're great the nurses the people that take care of you when you're in the room all are pleasant. Explain everything they are outstanding to say the least so I would say run don't walk.

I met Dr. Burkhardt and i do believe i had THE most thorough eye exam i ever had. Having double vision and glasses that helped but didnt get rid of it, Doc B was able to fine tune and improve my glasses even more. She did more for me than Wills Eye in Philly was able to do. Very friendly and personable, i wouldnt hesitate recommending her. My wife is coming next to see her!

My last visit I felt like the doctor was dismissive to me.
Seems like they shuffle people in and out very quick and care more about quantity over quality!
They're in the volume business of getting as many customers as possible so they make as much money as possible as the expense of subpar medical care.
That is the impression I was given upon my last visit. Will not be returning.
Also talked to one of my best friends about this place and he also had a very poor experience, dealt with long wait times and insurance processing issues - pressuring to pay out of pocket

I had cataracts in both eyes and both surgeries went smoothly and resulted in eliminating both glasses and contacts.
