The best eye place ever. Dr. DiSanti is one of the nicest and most professional eye doctors I have ever dealt with. She really made me feel at ease and explained everything. The receptionist Lydia really made the whole experience amazing. She is super funny. She is knowledgeable. She is efficient. And she is super cute. All of the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about Dr. DiSanti. Sucks I can only see her once a year.

I had gone here years ago and went back about a year ago due to blurry vision. The lack of professionalism and empathy was astounding. I have since been diagnosed with cataracts with surgery planned.
I'd avoid this place.

I have called 7 times over the past few days ~ no one answers or returns my call ! Is this how you run a medical practice?
PS have not been pleased with the interactions with Lesniak- which, btw is the reason for my calling.
Am having issues which I addressed with him dec 12th during a 6 month check in & he blithely dismissed ~ either staff up properly or don't bother running a medical practice

I just love Dr. Rozenbaum, who did my cataract surgery and YAG capusulotomy, and Peggy, the scheduler.
Everyone else in the office is so nice, too.
This office can be very busy though, so occasionally there's a wait...

This summer I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. Dr Lesniak did a great job. The service and attention at Wills Eye (where the surgery is performed) was phenomenal. Matossian handled everything and made the whole process easy... it is incredible to be able to see again. I had no idea how much my eyes had deteriorated. Gail

I have been going here for years, yesterday was the worse time I had - after 1 3/4 hours I walked out and heard the women behind me wanting to do the same thing! They have a HUGE staff - but obviously they need more doctors!! Not sure what the back up was but waiting area - full, check out area - full, waiting for Doctor was full and backed up! I won't be going back there anymore!

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. When my family and I arrived, we were met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the front desk staff--especially a woman named Cathy. She repeatedly sighed, dismissed our questions, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patients. Another staff member at the front desk even complained about us within earshot, which was extremely disrespectful, rude and unacceptable.
I expect better treatment and professionalism from any healthcare provider. Unfortunately, this
experience left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

My wife just had cataract surgery with Dr. Lesniak. From the very first visit, it was an excellent experience. Every staff member is friendly and caring. She never felt like she was part of a mass production line. In every pre-op visit, Dr. Lesniak took his time and explained every option. He never acted rushed, even though there were always several patients waiting in the office. The surgery went well and she had 20/20 vision the next day. She highly recommends this practice and Dr. Lesniak. He is a skilled surgeon who truly cares about what is best for his patients. She is looking forward to having her second eye corrected.
