Dr. Major and her staff provide a very peaceful and welcoming office experience. Dr. Major is very caring and quite knowledgeable. She provides a holistic approach to your eye health. I am fortunate to have found a doctor who goes above and beyond for their patient. Thank you all for your exceptional service!!!

I had a great experience at Dr. Major's office. Both she and her assistant were very knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. I really liked that Dr. Major explained every part of the exam to me and gave me the tools to improve some my bad vision habits. I could really tell that she loves what she does and that she is very good at it. Also, if I may add, the selection of eyeglasses at the office was phenomenal! So excited to get my new frames!

Dr. Major went above and beyond during our visit. We walked in just to get glasses only but since Dr. Major is a diligent professional she found and investigated a variance with my daughter's prescription from another doctor. She made it a point to triple check everything including herself to get it right and explained everything to me during the process. I didn't expect that type of service and I am grateful for the excellent work of Dr. Major and her Eye Innovations staff member Debra Smith.

I been looking for an eye doctor for my two girls, I took them to see Dr Major. She and her staff was great they were welcoming me and Dr. Major was great with the girls. She didn't only provided with a great eye care but also talk to them about school and made them feel comfortable about wearing glasses. I will recommend her to anyone looking family doctor.

Dr Major is a phenomenaL physician. She shows compassion, patience and care. She provides pertinent information to ensure you clearly understand how to protect your eyes. This facility has state of the art equipment!,, results are shared visually during your visit. I came to Dr Major's office for a follow up appointment after experiencing a horrific eye exam at The Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia.. Her Care, her knowledge. her solutions... Outstanding .. I guess Dr. Major got desperate for money once the pandemic hit, because she billed me for services I did not receive. Judging from the other reviews, it's clear I'm not only one who experienced this. It was a nightmare going back and forth with her rude and disrespectful office staff and my insurance regarding this billing issue. It's a shame that Dr. Major wanted to switch up because of the pandemic, you can't bill patients for services they didn't receive just because you are having financial issues! She WAS a good doctor prior to this issue, but this has turned me off from seeing her again. If you don't want to get ripped off, avoid Dr. Major.

Dr Major and her staff are amazing. They provide excellent service. One of my favorite features is that Dr Major provides me with feedback on my cholesterol levels. It has been improving under her care with no medicine just through my diet.

First time visiting this office for an eye exam. Very warm and friendly experience. The receptionist was polite and kind during the check in process. After my exam, Dr. Major perfected my prescription and set up a plan to assist me in achieving better EYE SIGHT!!! Looking forward to my follow up appointment is 6mons. Thanks Eye Innovations!!!!
