I had a very positive experience at O'Brien's Ophthalmology. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit, even though I didn't see the doctor directly. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I have been a patient at this eye doctor for years. I had to leave the exam room before the doctor had come in (mind you I had already waited 30 min to get in past my appointment time), to change my daughter's diaper. My husband was still in the room when I had left. He heard the doctors in the hall swearing and saying that I can work on their time now and such. This was extremely unprofessional and honestly just unkind to say just because a mom needs to go change her baby. I will not be going back here but wanted to let others know the behavior of the older eye doctor there who decided it was best to speak this way about patients at the practice.

Dr. And staff were professional. Nice people. They were backed up and said the glasses could take 4 to 6 weeks (took 4) and the one lady seen the battered pair I was wearing with the one nose pad bent to the side so it would not cut into my nose, both pads were missing. She said "You can't wear those...." she took them and came back with the bent pad fixed and new pads on both and said that'll hold me over til they make my new ones. Got the call to comempick them up amd they sat me down for any final adjustments and 100% satisfied and a taken care of, you have a new patient. . . . .

The doctors are excellent however disappointed to say that I will be switching to a different office solely due to the treatment from the receptionist. Two years now I have had extremely poor experiences when interacting with the receptionist, as they have been rude and incredibly unprofessional. After speaking with others in the community it's became apparent to me that this is a well known issue and many people have experienced this treatment. I personally couldn't imagine embarrassing my employer by displaying that type of unprofessional behavior and outright miserable attitude towards patients

O'Brien Eye has taken care of my family's vision for over ten years. They are professional and perfect every time. Great prices, accepts all of our insurance and fantastic selection of glasses. Glasses adjustments and cleaning have always been free! We won't go anyplace else!

I always get the prices up front so I can get the best deals. My daughter and I both go there, but only buy 1 pair b/c glasses for the other are cheaper elsewhere. They never make me feel bad about shopping around. Recently they had the best price for a 90 pack of my left contact and I got my multifocal contact for my right eye elsewhere. No pressure to buy all my scripts for the family there. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best fit in a style you like.

The secretary that assisted my father and I was very rude. My father is hard at hearing and has to have many things repeated to him, and instead of doing so nicely and understandingly she gave him attitude and even gave me attitude. She didn't have a name tag on so I do not know her specific name but she had either dark brown or black curly long hair and glasses. She also wore a square diamond ring on her wedding finger. She should not be allowed to work with the public because that is NOT the way you speak to your customers. I am very disappointed because I have never had an issue with O'Bryons eye associates before until today.
