Professional Vision Center

Absolutely wonderful place! They have wonderful, friendly staff! They adjusted my glasses and they turned out great! They sit on my face better and I don't have to constantly adjust them! The office manager is very sweet, kind and helpful! 10/10, definitely recommend! The doc is awesome too, he listens and takes any eye concerns seriously!

I would give no stars if I could. Went for glasses and contacts. When I got my glasses I couldnt't see a thing out of them. I have wore glasses and contacts for over 50 years and never had such a bad experience. When I took them back I was told they were just for distance to take them off and on if I was reading ? Not sure how I was suppose to drive etc. she tried telling me that my eyes changed that much since my last glasses. I can see out of my old glasses so I call bs. Needless to say would not recommend and will never return.

Was killing some time walking the DuBois Mall stopped into the Professional Vision Center, because I needed new eye glass nose pads. They didn't even charge me for the help. Have also attended this eye place before it was Vision Center, and it was a great experience. Highly recommend,... Thank you for the nose pads! My nose feels better already!

THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! Went here for the first time and got new glasses. After a few months the lenses looked like they are peeling but nothing is coming off. They say there is no coating on them. They said they would have to look into replacing the lenses and they would call me. That was 4 months ago. Nothing but run around when I call. No callbacks. My kids lenses did the same thing. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have a strong prescription and my lenses are EXPENSIVE, so this is not a cheap fix for me. I'm now in my old glasses until I can afford to go the the eye doctor again, which it will not be here. I've worn glasses most of my life and nothing like this has ever happened with any lenses I have had. This is the best picture I could get, it looks like smudges but it like little cracks going everywhere. EDIT: Went to a new eye doctor. They said there is a coating on them. So not only do they not stand by their product, they lie too.

The team here is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. I recently broke the frames for my glasses(user error). However, my lenses were still in good shape. Since my current frames were discontinued they couldn't be reordered. Dr. Murphy took the extra time to help find frames that would fit my old lenses and be something I liked. Also, when I needed some slight adjustments a few days later his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Murphy and his team!

They are wonderful! This is my second purchase of glasses from them. I love how well my trifocals work, look and feel! ( I tried a pair from another doc and they made me feel like I had vertigo. I thought iI would be wearing bifocals for the remainder of my life.) Michael explained what type of trifocals I needed and now I Love my invisible trifocals!! Won't go anywhere else.

Very nice Dr and wife team. That is during your exam and purchasing glasses. My husband and I went back to pick them up, having an appointment and $800 later. They didn't like when you asked for an adjustment and I wasn't happy with my glasses. Under their advice, I chose my frames. They are much to small for bifocals and I hardly wear them. I was told the frames chosen for sunglasses would stay on my head, which they don't. I am currently wearing a third pair of glasses which make the back of my ear sore and slide down my face. Not happy with their work or that they don't stand behind their work. Use caution when spending your money.
