I needed a new pair of glasses that fit well and comfortable, Jason took the time to help me pick out my new glasses and fit and adjusted them perfectly for a comfortable fit. Thank you so very much to Jason who is the Certified Optician at the Dubois Walmart Vision Center. On two separate occasions, I have taken my 82 year old stepfather's broken glasses to the Dubois Walmart Vision Center because he has a history of falling down then unfortunately steps on his glasses. Both times, I had no hope that his glasses could be repaired but Jason magically made them like new. I appreciate his sincere concern about being able to provide my stepfather the use of his glasses and doing the repairs while I wait so that I can immediately return them to my stepfather at the Nursing Home. My boyfriend went to buy a new pair glasses to replace the pair he had purchased there years ago, the lady claimed he wasn't in the system so they couldn't put his lenses in the new pair(they were the exact same pair of glasses, just a different color) I think this is very poor customer service. And we are very dissatisfied.

I had the most crooked glasses after lockdown. I was so excited to get out and get them adjusted. I went to Walmart to grocery shop and the eyeglass store was open. We didn't have contact then so the lady took my COACH glass back to adjust them. She gave them back to me and as I went to try them I'm on, the arm fell off. She acted like what did you do? Didn't even has the courage to say that she had broken them. I was left with 1 arm glasses and nowhere to get a new pair as no one was working. Don't trust these people at Walmart with your glasses.

Physician hardly said two words, no personality. I haven't gotten new glasses in years and he said my vision hardly changed. Well I got my glasses and it's like looking through plain lenses. I have to strain to see with my glasses, which are bi-vocals. I would have been better off with a $2 pair of reading glasses!! Where did he get his degree?? Is he really a doctor?? Did anyone check his credentials?! And if you're looking for a friendly "Doctor" keep looking! I only gave him one star cause I had to so I could leave a review!

My contacts were either not delivered or were delivered and stole off my porch and their policy is they can't do anything about it so I'm out almost a $100 because they want to be difficult. Because they don't make enough money to replace my package!! Not to mention I DONT HAVE MY CONTACTS!!!
