Have stopped in twice to have my glasses adjusted. Girl on duty had surgery on shoulder or arm. Can't do any adjustments because of that. Only do adjustments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Although they are open Monday thru Friday. Would be nice to have this listed somewhere. Front door or website. Not coming back.

Horrible place to get glasses. Boyfriend went in 1st of July to get glasses. Went to pick them up and he couldn't see out of them AT ALL. They were totally ignorant about it. They were supposed to fix the glasses and call when they were ready. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS STILL NO GLASSES. Every time we call no one knows what's going on. They say "oh we will call you back" AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK. St. Mary's and Dubois locations. Cant get a hold of the Dubois office now as their phone seems to not work. St Mary's office says they will figure it out, will call back but they never do. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time here.

I've been traveling and one of the lenses for my sunglasses fell out and I couldn't properly get it back in .
I walked in told the staff my problem and they took care of it immediately at no charge with big smiles on .
