Just wanted to share what great customer service I received. The coating on my lenses were coming off. They checked but my lenses were out of warranty. They replaced my lenses anyway, free of charge. Always great service and care. Thank You!

If you are looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go!! The lady at the check in was very nice and welcoming! I arrived early for my appointment and they took me back a few minutes after being checked in. The assistant and doctor were both very kind which made the exam go smooth! They have lots and lots of different frames to choose from, I have to say it was actually "fun" trying them on! I received a call about 3 days after my appointment letting me know my glasses were ready to be picked up! CHOOSE BOUQUET MULLIGAN DEMAIO YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Absolutely horrible experience when I brought my son who has a speech delay to this office. Lisa took my son back and he answered what photos he saw in the mirror. When Dr Berlin came in, there were no notes in the system from this, although, Lisa was typing it in - I saw her. She asked me who came in - I would expect a Dr to know who is on their team helping them (Lack of communication on the team). Dr. Berlin told me she could not exam my son because he had a speech delay and that the practice booked him with the wrong provider. He was a new patient and when we made the appt, we were told new patients MUST see Dr. Berlin. They were aware of his age when booking the appointment and when he checked in to the office. I understand booking errors can occur, but refusing to exam my son due to a speech delay? I and my son felt very uncomfortable as Dr Berlin was outwardly expressing her frustration with the receptionist team and the person who didn't add the notes from the screening that just occurred. I expressed my concern with Thomi, office manager, who is genuinely tried to help me. She connected me with Greg, Privacy Officer, and he said Dr Berlin is "able to exam children but not difficult ones" and when I asked "are you calling my son difficult due to his speech delay" and he said "I'm not even gonna go there." He additionally stated that he could not locate my son in the system and that his last name probably is spelled wrong. He also stated that Lisa is a senior employee and does not make mistakes. Greg did not apologize, show accountability, and had a very rude demeanor. He didn't seem concerned or help at all and honestly made me feel even worse about this establishment. The ONLY thing he did was offer to schedule me with another provider which I declined due to my mistrust. I tried to connect with an owner of the practice and the office refused my request. At that time, I told them I would need to make a review due to this deeply concerning issue since it was not addressed. I cancelled all of my family's appointments and will find somewhere else to go since this office has issues with booking, record keeping, and treating patients with care and dignity. I did not want to make this public but due to the lack of concern and resolution, I feel it is needed.

I've been going here for over 10 years. The staff and doctors are great. They lookout for your best interest and care.

Horrible practice, terrible attitude, ZERO accountability. Just look elsewhere, you will thank me.

This office is friendly, quick & thorough. My experience was excellent & the glasses suggested to me were the first pair looked at as the technician knew his stuff. Thank you for the good work on MY behalf!

I've been coming here for years for eye exams. The staff is great. They also repaired and replaced lenses in two pairs of vintage frames I own. They know their stuff, and the glasses look like new. Recommended.
