Primary Eye Care and Optibarn have been taking care of my eyecare needs for years. Friendly, professional, and always helpful. I would recommend Dr. Ty, Robin, and their staff to anyone.

Very disappointed in this place. I have been a patient with them for years and have recently started struggling with my contact lenses since my most recent eye exam a few months ago. I wanted to order the exact same contacts in the daily version to help alleviate my discomfort. They would not allow me to switch from the monthly version to the daily version without paying out of pocket for an ENTIRE new exam. Mind you, these were the exact same contact (acuvue oasys), just the daily version. The lady I spoke to was extremely condescending and said that it was considered a "different prescription" and there was nothing they could do for me outside of paying for an exam out of pocket when I was just there within the year. I even offered to pay for just a "contact lense exam"and they refused that as well. They absolutely do not care about their patients at all, only getting your money. Definitely avoid this practice.

Originally came here because it was the closest optometrist that took my insurance. What I found was a friendly and professional small local eye care center. They do a great job taking care of my eyes and ordering contact lenses for me every year (even when they need to special order a new type for me to sample.)

I had an excellent experience here this morning. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The doctor is friendly and very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work. I will definitely be coming back for all my regular check-ups and prescriptions.

Eye doctor was nice but the prescription he wrote me had astigmatism in one of my eyes. Didn't realize this until I put on my new glasses and they felt off. I never had astigmatism. Learn to read your own prescription. Probably won't go here anymore.

Very nice, professional, and easy access. The staff are friendly and prompt. Takes time to listen to you and make sure everything is good before leaving. Also, they send you reminders in the mail of your one-year appointment to be scheduled.

Best optometrist office I have been to. Dr Graden is great. He works with you to get you the right product to optimize your vision and provide convenience with use. My whole family comes here. He is great with my 12 year old.

I had a wonderful experience in this small practice. Doc was so friendly, treated you like a human, got you what you needed and wanted. Very professional , warm and welcoming. Highly recommend. Staff is just as nice.
