Do not go to this Vision Center! It's taking me weeks and weeks to finally get glasses and they're the wrong. Got my money back once on my way to get it back for the second time first I was told they were damaged then I was told they came in and these are the wrong style and a wrong prescription. They will give me my money back for the glasses that they screwed up but not for my exam so now I have no money to go elsewhere to get glasses. The doctor has no clue what she's doing the prescription was so far off I can't see anything with these glasses. Please beware do not waste your money they will lie to you and scam you I have been at this for weeks I am up to my eyeballs and bullshit with these people. Very bad business practices making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau first thing in the morning

I bought a pair of prescription glasses here. I figured I didn't need the warranty. I had my prior pair for 12 years and everything was fine until they got stepped on. They tried to sell me the warranty, but I figured I'd just buy another pair if I messed the new ones up or broke them. However, after about 90 days, the glasses got blurry. I took them back to see if they could be fixed. I was told it was the antiglare/anti-reflective coating that was messed up. If I had bought the warranty, they would have replaced the glasses. I wasn't informed that I should buy the warranty because they were selling junk. I'm never buying prescription glasses from Walmart again.

Dogs allowed in store.
Management too afraid to confront the owners and remove the animals.
I don't buy clothes from Walmart but usually spend hundreds of dollars a week on groceries.

Giant grocery store is right next door and is spotless clean and Doesn't allow Animals, except of course REAL service animals which is certainly not a problem.
But Walmart does nothing about people bringing in filthy animals into the FOOD & Grocery section who are obviously not service dogs. I have sent a complaint to the
Health Department for their review

Do not get Cooper Brand.
Idk if my doctor changed diameter on me from my Acuvue Oasis size but the 6 months monthly pack was gone within that month
They fell out constantly
1mph winds . Often rolled up out of my eyes and are hard to see to find.
6 months supply gone 1 month .
My no diligence in the check up appointment Led to me being screwed for my concert Thursday .
Under Medicaid they still want to charge me $45 for the appointment just to get a trial or free pair of my old prosthetic prescription.
Secretary of your quite snarky as well .
And that's about as helpful as Cancer.

The doctor was pleasant however the rest of the team seems to be jerks with 0 compassion.

Spent 10 minutes on the phone during my lunch break trying to schedule an appointment, only to be informed they wouldn't proceed without my insurance card information. Despite the appointment being a month away, I've never encountered a doctor or dentist who refused to schedule without immediate documentation. Judging by the reviews, it's evident this place lacks customer care. It might be wise to choose a business that values your patronage!

I have purchased glasses there several times. Just recently the pair of glasses I chose were not the right size lens for progressive which was not explained to me at the time of my purchase. After 6 weeks I went back to let them know that I cannot wear those glasses and they were quick to remake me another pair in a lens that would work. Upon receiving the second pair the marks where my pupils should be were not lined up correctly. So the lenses needed to be remade a second time. Went and picked them up and they are the best that I've ever had. It took a little bit of time to get to that point but I feel that they were very willing to work with me. I think it all depends on who you are and how you treat the person waiting on you as well. I was very polite and I received very polite service. I am not perfect and don't always get things right. I looked at this the same way. I am sure it was not their intent to get it wrong twice.

I had an appointment at this center today for my son . He is 11 years old and he saw a wonderful doctor McMim; I believe her name was. She was very nice and knowledgeable ! She worked well with him and we had a great experience! Our appt was around 1:10 pm and we left by 1:40, so we were in and out! This included filling out paper work, meeting with tech, eye doctor, and looking over the frames! Also, the man handing out paperwork was very nice! Lastly, we were very grateful that they could fit us in so quickly! My son dropped his glasses in the ocean at the beach last week and when I called I got an appointment 4 days later! Just wanted to commend them on the great experience!
