I was very satisfied with my new doctor this time, although I can't say his name . At least I could understand him. He was very polite, told me quickly what my tests showed, and more important than anything, did not yell at me for my AIC numbers. After my last visit 6 months ago, I was almost ready to go somewhere else. Thank you for a good experience, although I will always miss Dr. Baldwin.

I was called back promptly and received all the machine and staff examinations promptly as usual. Then I sat in the 'big' waiting room waiting for the doctor which was way longer, by 45 minutes, than I had ever experienced over the past 3 years. Dr Babel is SO worth the wait, though. He is knowledgeable and has a comforting manner about him that value above time!! I don't know what happened this time. Was it because it was a Friday, Halloween, or an emergency situation that caused the delay? I don't know, but I thought I'd answer this call for a review so if there is something for the office to address. None of this is meant as complaint just information to help you continue to be the awesome office that you are.
