Dr Brotherson and staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Dr Brotherson spent much time with me explaining the pictures taken of both my eyes and offered advice of specific mils of eye vitamins as well as better quality of eye drops to attain. I was very impressed with the entire visit. Thank you Niagra Eye Associates!!!

No issues with the doctors - my beef is with the front office and optical staff. Trash talking other clients in front of me while I'm waiting is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wondered what they had to say about me when I left? Not a good look. But the HUGE issue, and the reason I've left this practice, is that after I paid an invoice over the phone, at least 2 dozen fraudulent charges popped up on my credit card, including several local purchases. Niagara Eye is the only local vendor where I'd used that particular card. Months later and I'm STILL dealing with the fallout. I suspect that either someone in the front office is shady, or they are careless and wrote my information down on a piece of paper and left it out where someone else shady could find it, meaning that their data privacy and security practices are nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the front office isn't rude/incompetent/sketchy.

Niagara eye clinic was absolutely top-notch. I have zero complaints. They have a highly skilled staff, very caring, and professional.
