Exton Eye Care, Dr. Justin P. Greczek

I have been a patient at Exton Eye Care for many years; first with Dr. Sitkoff and now with Dr. Greczek. I am very happy with the treatment I receive from the doctor and the staff. Dr. Greczek is thorough with his exam, spending plenty of time to check my vision and answer any questions. I wear contacts, with astigmatism in both eyes, and use monovision lenses (one eye is for driving and the other is for reading) which can be a tricky balance. With Dr. Greczek's care, my distance vision is not compromised yet I can read small print. The office staff is friendly and scheduling is done so I never have a long wait for my appointment time.

The new Optometrist who took over the practice, Dr Justin Greczek is great. I've now had a couple of appointments and he is thorough, knowledgeable and very nice. The staff has always been great. Even when I have run out of contacts before orders come in, they provide some for me. Very happy with them and the service they have provided.

Dr. Greczek did a thorough job during my eye exam and explained things well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Receptionists were more then helpful and helped me find frames as I am indecisive. They were very patient with me and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first eye exam in over 20 years! From the first phone call to leaving the office all I felt was welcome and treated respectfully and like my eye health was their number one priority. Absolutely recommend this office to anyone who's not sure where to go for a great opthemologist!

I've been a patient there for at least 15 +/- years. Always thorough in exams along with frame selection to compliment the face. Yeah, their contact prices are great. As an aside the office is on top of your Vision benefits. I have never had a long wait. To sum, I highly recommend this practice.

Unbelievably bad visit, my 9 year old daughter came in for a check up. She needed new glasses, as I expected. Due to car issues, and a job change it took longer than expected to get back to pick them up. When we go in to get them one lens of her glasses is incredibly stronger than the other, so much so that she was crying they hurt. The office manager came from behind the desk trying to make her put them back on her, saying that these were the right ones these are the right ones, my 9 year old left in tears. Honestly this would have gone ok if she had offered to get the doctor, instead she kept saying it was our fault for taking too long to come back. She said since it took us so long to come back there was nothing they could do. Now they want me to bring her back, would you make your daughter go back to some place with that kind of experience? I wore glasses for over 15 years before getting Lasik and neither glasses nor contacts hurt, or were out of focus save for one time when the secretary gave me the wrong contact for my right eye. Now they will not give me my copay back and I'm stuck with a pair of Kate Spades no body can wear. Hands down the worst experience ever, I have never had something like this happen. My daughter refuses to go back, and in all honesty I do not blame her.

Dr. Justin P. Greczek is amazing. I would recommend Exton Eye Care to everyone. To my surprise Dr. Justin P. Greczek provided me with contacts during the visit with how powerful my prescription is. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I will be going for my future visits.

I took both of my children here for the first time, once we arrived we were not greeted until about 5-10 minutes after walking in the door and then one lady finally acknowledged us by telling my son not to touch things. The doctor was late as he was not even in the office when we arrived. my son is special needs and like to explore his surroundings my children are 5 and 7 wanted a pair of glasses that were on display on the wall and they only gave us the option of choosing glasses in this chest that were covered by our insurance which in my opinion are not age appropriate, they all looked like old people glasses and I felt like we were very rushed to get out of their office towards the end of our visit.

I have been seen by Dr Greczek for several years and believe him to be very astute and frank about accessing his patient's examinations. My appointments are generally routine with a yrly retina test. Dr Greczek follows my history and checks for glaucoma as well as catratics. Recently I had a vision problem (double vision-far sighted) and he did certain tests & changed my prescription in order to correct the problem. The ladies in the front office have been in the office for many years--so it is there home a way from home--i have been going to their Marchwood office for 36yrs to see Dr Sitcoff and they have been kind and helpful. First impressions mean a lot, and I am sure if new patients aren't aware of protocol by alerting them of their arrival then as soon as they are done with what they were busy doing, they would shift their attention to whose needs come next. They are not greeters, never were, as routine patients know how to go straight to the desk and make it known they are there. If children come to their office there is a place set up with toys that the children should play at and not ramble around the waiting room. As for get Dr being late, I assume that was a rarity and not the norm--i never experienced any delays (36yrs is a pretty good record). Visits aren't long and take average time for exams. All in all I recommend this practice to my family and friends.
