I do not usually give reviews on shops or people but this was such a great visit I have to do this one. I shopped at Lens Crafters Whiteland Town Center and Ruth was the sales person / Manager. Ruth was very busy and I waited a short period of time to be waited on. When working with Ruth she was not rushed, very knowledgeable and took time to have casual conversations. We finished our business in a timely manner at a fair price. I definitely will recommend Ruth to others and will return in the future when needed. Ask for Ruth when making appointment! John C.

In the last two weeks, I have needed new nose guards and a repair after a slip in the snow left my left lens out of the glasses and the lower thin plastic strip broken. No popping the lens back in. Fortunately, Imraan at the Exton store took the most excellent care and customer service one could ever wish for. This store is run with the customer in mind and I know I will never need to look for another store to visit. I can recommend Imraan and his co-workers to anybody. You will most definitely be highly satisfied.

Fabulous experience at the Exton location. There was a mix-up with my prescription due to my eye doctor's error. They were patient, called my physician's office and are replacing the lenses that were incorrect. Never felt rushed and the entire staff is just so pleasant to deal with!

Stopped in on a whim. I had purchased glasses online from a different company. The glasses needed major adjustment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face. They adjusted my glasses for free and did an amazing job! I don't live in the area but if I did I would go here for my next pair!

The WORST place for glasses and service!!!! its been over 38 days and counting for glasses with no update i call ever other week until this Monday. I have called everyday with NOONE to pick up the phone... I even physically went to this location at 4pm yesterday to findout they have the place closed up and are doing some kind of photo shoot...during working hours?!... I called again today and no answer again!! I would never recommend this place.. as a USMC veteran I encourage other vets dont go! order these glasses for my daughter on DEC 19 2025. as of Jan 28 I still haven't revieved them and cant get ahold of them! really The owner was so kind to send me this response but cant answer the phone... I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER ASAP!

All around great customer service from the lab tech setting up the exam to Dr Smith explaining the results. this is important to me as a Type 1 Diabetic to get a clear report of the exam results. Chad was very helpful in selecting frames, adjusting my old glasses and explaining all of the options with types of lenses.
