Another great visit with the MyEyeDr. staff. Dr. Reta Guirgius is the best and always takes time to discuss any concerns I might have. Brandon was VERY patient and helped me pick out a frame. He also gave me options for putting lenses in an old pair to convert to reading glasses. The staff really takes the time to help you with all your needs. That's why I keep going back!

I had an amazing experience here! The entire team was friendly, fast, and really took my needs into consideration to make sure I got the best deal possible. Jen was fantastic as the tech, Britney at the front desk was super welcoming, and Carrie was great as well. Dr. Reis was friendly, extremely well-versed, and made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. Brandon, the GM, truly made the experience -- he went above and beyond to help me and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend using them in the future!

This location is phenomenal. I had an insurance issue and Brandon worked with me to make sure I was well taken care of despite a miscommunication on behalf of my insurer. Diana was a pleasure to work with and put me at ease during the visual exam. The service was top notch and I highly recommend checking them out.

I was so pleasantly surprised to be able to walk in, and he greeted by a very professional optician who offered to help me right away eeven though he had just finished up with another customer I had a script and together we easily figured out what would work best for me in terms of glasses and my budget. . Thank you Brendan/Brayden. ( Sorry, but my memory is not the best for names.) I appreciated your help and your positive attitude!

I highly recommend the MyEyeDr. Exton office. Dr. Ries was kind and informative, and Brandon, Carrie, and Brittany went above and beyond helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. Overall, it was a very painless and pleasant appointment for my first visit to the eye dr!

I recently stumbled upon this location due to their great Google reviews. Just like the other reviews said I really enjoyed working with this team. From Leelee standing up to greet me when I walked in the door to Anne working me up very quickly for the doc. Dr. Reta was very informative. Then I finished with Katherine. Honestly I usually get my glasses from online but her spirit and willing to help me find the best glasses kept me there. I ended up buying two pairs! This is my new place.

Have been going to My Eye Dr for years. Always friendly and very helpful. Good selection of frames to choose from. Brandon helped me today and was great!
