I've been going to Dr. Goddard for my eye exams, contacts and glasses for over 25 years! Along with being an excellent optometrist, he is kind and caring and listens to any concerns that you may have. When I became a mom and my children needed eye exams, I didn't hesitate to make them patients as well! My kids love going there and are always excited to pick out new glasses each year from their extensive collection of choices they have in their office. Goddard Family Eye Care is, indeed, a FAMILY business as Mrs. Goddard (Angela) is the one who will make your appointments and greet you as well and help you with any insurance needs. (She also gives great feedback when it comes to choosing new frames, so be sure to ask her if you need help!) Dr. Goddard and Angela are the best. They are like family. If you're looking for a solo practitioner this is the place. I recently had a contact lens stuck in my eye. I called and Angela got me in straight away. " you should not wait, let's get you in!" It was not the easiest to remove but Dr. Goddard stuck to it and removed the split lens! My kids also find the Dr. to be very engaging! Thank you so much for taking care of my family's eyes all these years!

I was a first time patient of Dr. Goddard. He provided me an updated prescription, but very quickly I started to have bad eye strain. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion, who found the Rx from Goddard was far too strong. Additionally, Dr Goddard's equipment was very outdated. My exam consited of just the update Rx, whereas at the second doctor they did full imaging and tests for eye health. Needless to say I was very disappointed. He was very pleasant, though.

Dr. Goddard is very professional, respectful, and a friendly individual as well as very eloquent when he speaks. He explains anything regarding the eye really well. Where do I begin? Dr Goddard is the kindest, most patient and understanding doctor! He takes his time to explain everything and is very accommodating. I needed to see a specialist and he called the specialist and she saw me immediately. I was so very lucky thanks to Dr. Goddard! My husband and children are all patients and we highly recommend him.
