I recently stopped by Pearle Vision in Columbia Mall just to browse their selection of frames. I consider myself a loyal consumer and rarely venture outside my usual spots, but I'm glad I did as I was blown away by their frame selection. On top of that, I received outstanding customer service from Syuzanna. Although she was assisting another customer when I arrived, she still took the time to warmly acknowledge me and let me know I was welcome to try on any frames. As I browsed, I noticed how professional and attentive she was with the other customer, and it was truly impressive. Once she finished, she turned her attention to me and provided the same excellent service. While I was thrilled to find a great pair of glasses, I was even more impressed by the level of care and attention I received, which was second to none.

Loved Dr Decker but 2 pairs in a row the prescription lenses were not done correctly by Pearl Vision so had to move elsewhere.

What a waste of time. I have 2 frames that needed new lens. Took them in and was told they would be back in a week to 10 days. Waiting 3 weeks and now I was told that Pearl Vision won't do it because they didn't sell the frames. I paid almost $700.00 for the lenses, wasn't that enough? 3 weeks of using a spare pair that now gives me a headache. Greed is Pearl Vision's middle name. Never again will I go back for glasses.

She's professional- very kind- personable- explains everything- answers any questions I may have. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend her. Chrissy is also wonderful. Very kind- bubbly personality- very knowledgeable and professional. Both of these wonderful woman are also so patient. They're just a breath of fresh air and I'm thankful for them born.
